I have a client whos computer randomly changed her homepage to:

"http://flyingincognitosleep.com/cgi-bin/h.pl%22

This forwards her to google. Well i have tried changing it, going into regestry and changing it. Changing it under a different account. and all give the same result:

Change is saved until IE is restarted.

Changing in safe mode proved the most advantageous. The change saved completely until i rebooted and logged her back on. We have ran virus scans and all.

What could be the problem and how do I fix?

My computer is not as fast as i would like. I use it mainly for all around use I game on it along with browsing the internet and downloading programs. I do have it partitioned into two different drives, one running windows vista ultimate and one running Windows 7 ultimate.

I am trying to decide reather i want to by more RAM (from 2GB to 3 or 4 BG) or a faster processor. What would you recommend?

NOTE: I have a Dell Vostro 1400 with a intel core 2 Duo @ 2.00GHz, 2GB RAM, both OS's are 32-bit.

I understand there is a way to remotely shutdown your computer from your phone through a text message via email via mircrosoft outlook. I was wondering if there was a way to do this without using outlook. I dont have a droid so I dont have the option of RDP.

First, matter is defined as anything that has light and takes up space.

So we know that light is made up of photons, which have mass, and they take up space so they are matter. Because of this we could assume that light is matter.

Well something I have always been taught is that the main te st for seeing if something is matter is by answering the question: Can you fill a baloon with the object and make the baloon expand? Well if I put a light, and a power source inside of that baloon, I cannot expand the baloon. So according to that, light is not matter becase it does not take up space.

Some may argue well the baloon is to big, well even at that you should still be able to expand the baloon such as you can with H, C, O, H2O, all of that. With enough of the substance, you should be able to expand any size baloon. You cannot do this with light.

So with that I will ask agian: Is light matter, why or why not?

If light did not have mass, then it must not have energy, which is against all laws saying "The sun is the main source of energy" plus this:

E = MC^2 E=Energy, M=Mass C=Combustion^2 then the following:

E = (0)(0)^2 with M=0 and C=0 which would mean E=0, this is not true

but on the other hand, anything with mass is affected by gravity, Light is not effected by gravity, because it has no weight.

ok, everyday i have been having the problems of my stomach hurting. i first had the problem with drinking cokes, then it became mounten dew and well all carbonated drinks, so i stopped drinking them and today i drank a slushy, well about an hour later i had really bad gas so i went o the bathroom and then it felt like i was about to throw up and that i had eatin something that upset my stomach but yet the day before i drank the same kind of slouchy and it didn't bother me.

i have a gateway computer with a CD and a DVD drive well i put a CD in my CD drive and it worked fine. well i put the same CD in my DVD drive and got an message saying "D:\ is not accessible. The request could not be proformed becaulse of an I/O device error."

My mother has Chronic Dry Eyes and some nights her eyes hurt/purn does anyone know what she can do for this besides drops?

1) I know that air is matter but how & why please explain

2) Heat and light does not have matter so are they mass?

3) according to the law of conservation matter cannot be created or destroyed so why are there 3 elements on the bottom right side of the periodic table who's state of matter is unknown and were CREATED in a lab(according 2 my school book) and were only there for a second or less what happened to them were they DESTROYED by the environment?
