I have a blue Zippo Style ligher with the the words US Air Force Kadena AB with a star on it and two lines. I picked it up at a car boot sale some years ago. I wonder if anyone can tell me the approximate age or anything about it. I am aware Kadena is an Air base in Japan. Any sensible answers would be greatly appreciated.

Any help would be appreciated!! I have just bought a 32" LG TV. It has built in free view which works perfectly. I have however tried to connect SKY. Initially the sky page only came up in black and white. I removed the SCART leads and put them in the other socket in an attempt to get a colour picture. Now on the LG TV when I try the AV1 button or any other the sky does not come up at all... it only says No Signal on the LG screen. This message is from LG and not SKY. I have tried to go back to the black and white but now all i get is the no signal message. I am using a monster Cable rather than a normal scart to scart... could this be the problem? Many thanks

my friend is currently in Egypt having moved out there and had a child. From what I can gather her partner/husband has started being violent towards her. She has two children both with arabic names and she has an English Passport. I am not sure if the children were born here or in Egypt. She would be able to leave the country as she has a britsh passport but would be unable to take the children. She has been to the britsh embassy in egypt but apparently they are completely unhelpful. She has instructed a lawyer but he has proved to be unreliable and is not really of much assitance. Has anyone got any knowledge of egyptian family law or what she could do next, or even anything else that I can do from here?

She has very little money and also has three slipped discs in her back. Any genuine advice would be much appreciated.

Help? I have just bought a new kitten home. My older female cat saw it and started attacking it. A lot of the advice on here seems to say let them get on with it and as soon as the baby screams the older cat will stop, I am too worried to let this happen. Older cat has been banished to the garden while i try and sort this out. Trying the whole smell thing but i am now very worried :( Please help

Does anyone know of a US website that sells Maidenform Smooth Bras and one that will ship to the UK? I know that you can get these bras in the uk but they are twice the price (rip off Britain as usual) Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

I have just swapped over washing machines, i have borrowed the hot tap lead from the old one and have put it on the new one. It is now leaking and it did not leak before when it was on the old machine. It is exactly the same size and I even put a new washer on it just to see if this was the problem. Any ideas? I don't think i can physically put it on any tighter. The original lead is fine but some doughnut put the tap too near the wall so that you cannot affix the pipes and the new plug at the end of the lead has ridges on it :( Bored and wet now
