how do you go about getting it off their face? he wasn't actually sprayed...but i think he sniffed right where the skunk had just sprayed. his muzzle is very strong smelling. i know for the rest of their body you'd use tomato juice to get the smell away...but how do you go about getting it off of their face? any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks. :)

and not have it show up on your a1c test yet? I have all the main symptoms of being diabetic, yet my doctor says my blood test (glucose and a1c) are clear. Could I be developing diabetes without it showing up yet on the tests?

What tests should I ask my doctor to do as a follow-up? I was told a fasting test might be important to have. Should I request an appointment with an endochrinologist or should I continue to see my family doctor about this?

i have had fibromyalgia for a few years now. i have recently stopped all my meds because i was on 8 every morning and felt that my life was controlled by them. is there a drug that you've found that has helped all (or most) of your symptoms of fibromyalgia? i've been on all kinds of antidepressants, anti-inflammatories, anti-anxiety meds. i'd like to get to where i only have to take one or two pills a day. i'm looking for suggestions to take to my doctor as she doesn't seem to know where to go next with my illness. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Does anyone remember or know what the soda can deposit in Los Angeles in 1962 was? Or maybe someone knows where I can find the answer? I've tried wikipedia and various other soda can sites with no luck. Thanks. :)

my little one has just turned 7 and she has recently had to start having "parenting time" (visitation) with her father who she's not close with at all. i'm forced to send her even though she often tells me she doesn't want to go. i make it as good sounding as possible and usually that works. "hey! you get to go play with the dogs!" etc...

today her father got here for her normal wednesday afternoon visit and she broke down in tears and was wailing that she didn't want to go.

how do i help her through what i have a feeling is going to be many times of her bawling and saying she doesn't want to go and me having to force her to go? i feel like i'm betraying her when i have to force her into his car.

i know i can't do anything about the visitation schedule and that she absolutely has to go, but does anyone have any ideas about how i can make it a little easier for her and how i can get past the feeling of betrayal that i have when i have to listen to her cry and just repeatedly tell her she has to go?

did you choose to pick a name that you liked and then a family name for like the middle name?

i'm just wondering how many other people have done this. i did with both of my daughters names.

my oldest is named after my grandma and named the middle name that all the first born daughters are named in my family. my younger daughter's middle name is the name of one of my great-aunts.

a polar express bell. the one that was the original first gift of christmas. it came in a red and white striped box and was sold at hallmark. i've found a few on ebay, but they want over $100 for them. there's got to be somebody out there who'd be willing to part with theirs for less..or who knows someone who will?? any help would be much appreciated. my 5 year old loves this movie and am kicking myself for not having bought one back in 2004 when they came out. thanks in advance for any help. :-)
