For the past 6 months or so now, I have been gaining weight somewhat quickly. I always feel sluggish and fatigued,not tired though. Everything I do takes all my energy;drains me. I am hungry often. I find that I forget a lot of things. I am just sick of feeling lethargic constantly and want to feel better,have more energy and focus. I have been jogging and going for walks, I eat decent,drink plenty of water. Sleep enough. I am not sure why I always get so fatigued easily or why I am gaining weight ...also I have more hair growth in random places. Anybody have any clue what this could be at all??? Thanks.

Starting today, everyday from now on I am going to do a combination of walking & jogging for a minimum of 30 minutes a day. I am looking to lose around 10-15lbs and want to feel healthier. I am hoping to get in shape a little better to pursue a career as a detention officer and want to make sure I can pass the training. I eat moderately healthy,I eat some junk and some very healthful things. I keep very hydrated and limit my caffeine intake,only drink diet sodas one or two a day max. Will this work for me?

I live with a very nice family and they have helped me quite a bit in many ways. I am thankful for that but...I don't know if I have OCD or what..but no one seems to pick up after themselves at all. Or very very rarely. There is always a condiment bottle with no lid on it just left sitting around..or soda cans ...dishes,food wrappers etc. It makes me so mad that no one picks up after themselves and I am the one to usually do it for them. Not always but usually. Maybe I should just not care but it is very hard to do because when I had my own place I was very clean and tidy.It is hard living with the opposite kind of people. What can I do to at least cope with the messes or care less? Thanks.

Also, 90% of the females I know are younger than me or the same age and have had children already,even several! No,I'm not basing my idea to have a child just because everyone else is,but it really gets me down that I am like the only one still without the joy of motherhood. Makes me feel like "Why don't I deserve this too?" Just sucks...

Here is my situation: I have been married to my husband for 2 and a half years. Nothing has gone right at all in this time,my marriage has been rocky and terrible. He has been emotionally abusive and has what seems like personality disorders,though he hasn't officially been diagnosed with anything.Someone came along into my life and I am 99% sure that I am suppose to be with this person and is my soul mate. NOT the man I am married to. My husband is currently deployed and I am trying to make plans to start a new life that God wants me to have while he is gone(because if I did this while he is home I worry for my safety). I don't mean to cheat or anything like that,I seriously believe God is wanting me to go with this other person(whom is a man of God,unlike my husband). But I am going through a spiritual war with myself ,should I just ignore this whole thing and maybe face consequences for straying away from God's plan for me? Or..should I just leave it all behind and follow God's will no matter how much I don't understand why and it hurts? Can anyone offer advice at all or help in any way?

(Also we have no children together in case anyone is wondering.)

I'm currently working to complete my GED Test. Passed most of it already and after I have my GED,I would like to go to school to become an X-Ray Technician. Any advice and how do I get started?

I have two siblings,ages 4 and one soon to be 6. My mother struggles with depression and appears very lazy.(Not sure if this is because of depression or if she is just a slob) Her whole apartment is really dirty and she almost only buys the children fast food. I am 20 with no job right now currently trying to get myself on track,and I have to babysit them several times a week.They have even told me themselves they eat so much when they get fast food that they have thrown it up. She asked me today to buy them lunch at Burger King(she gives me money sometimes) and they didn't even it all,plus they just had it yesterday which I didn't know til after.I can't afford to grocery shop for them to eat healthier but Its disgusting what she is doing to them. How can I deal with this? Also when I was little she didnt buy me goodies or extras hardly at all. My grandma raised me mainly,but she treats these kids like they can have anything they want and there are no rules. Its a crazy situation.

Sometimes when I eat dairy of any kind,mainly milk and cheese,it constipates me.Why would this be? I don't have to eat alot either,just any amount.

Tomorrow I am getting a tattoo on my chest of a bright red-orange hibiscus and the leaves with the a banner coming out both sides.On one side of the banner it will say "live" and the other side will say "love".I only have tats on my back and I would like your opinion on how bad the chest area hurts and how sensitive it is.I'm doing it either way I can deal with it,it is part of the process.I was just curious though if its really bad or just kind of painful.

Okay,I'm curious.Not including loans,how much debt are you in? I want to try and see how much debt the average person gets themselves into.In my household,not including loans,we are close to $3,000 just in credit card debt.What about you?(Be honest.)

Don't you just love when a kid begs you to death to get a food item at the store and you are poor enough as it is but you get it then the first bite the kid takes they hate it and you spent what you have left on it?!!!!!!!! Siblings are irritating sometimes. lol I'm happily married but I am waiting to have kids for awhile.

I have this little game from Wild Tangent called Fate.I have a brand new Dell Inspiron1525 laptop and I have installed everything I need for this game and when I try and start up the game I get an error message saying "Fate has stopped working.Windows is checking for solution to the problem." And the game won't ever startup or work.Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

I am stuck on always wanting to eat out.Unfortunately, as a kid, all my family would get me most of the time was fast food or take-out.I learned to get spoiled off this and as an adult I still think food out is the only good food.I feel like eating at home sucks or isn't as tasty.How do I break this?Most of the women in my family are somewhat over weight and I'm still small at 120lbs.I want to break the habit before its too late.

I have a fawn pug that is a little over a year old.He is very skinny and looks like a runt.We rarely feed him table scraps and only reward him with treats when he does tricks.But he hates his dog food.I have tried a few different kinds and he treats it like its nothing special and wont eat some days.I also do not buy regular store dog food because its all bad for the animal.I have one right now called Natural Choice that doesnt have nasty preservatives or corn etc in it.He likes it okay but still doesnt like dry food.What can I do to get him to eat and put some healthy weight on?

I recently washed and dried a few crayons in my dryer.I got the dryer clean very well using Comet and steel wool.But now the dryer overheats and is too dangerous too use.Can someone tell me why the crayon has made this happen?
