I have internet explorer 8 on this new laptop i just got. it's a little acer brand computer. The only thing is when I'm browsing the internet it never remembers the websites i've visited and i have to type them into the address bar over and over again. I've already tried to change settings but nothing seems to work. Little help please?

Ok, I have never been infected with a virus before, and now all of the sudden my computer has one and I have no idea what to do. Evry time i try to see the antivirus protection i have, it says it has been infected, and the wallpaper on my computer says I have spyware on my computer, and just a bunch of binary numbers surrounding that. Please help, what can I do to save my computer!!

ok, I have standard virus protection, but once a month my laptop freaks and thinks it has a virus or two, so it quarantines them and supposedly gets rid of them. Now my computer has been giving me trouble all day (being slow, not loading websites n such). I tried rebooting it and now it won't even load the start menu, toolbar, or any of the shortcuts!! I have never heard of this happening before and I need help. How can I fix this!!

I am getting a male guinea pig and I have absolutely no idea what to name him. Can anyone give me any ideas? I want it to be something unique and unusual. No Spanky or Pookie or Cuddles. I want my Guinea pig to have some dignity please. Any ideas would be great, maybe if you named your pig something interesting... Thank You!! :0)

I am planning on getting a guinea pig and I know they need hay. I have two horses and we keep their hay in a clean seperate stall in our barn. Is it alright for me to give the horse hay to a guinea pig, I know for a fact it is Timothy and Alfalfa... Thank You... :0)

Thinking about getting a hedgehog, but I'm not too keen on feeding it insects. I can manage maybe a few things it happens to find if I take it outside but I don't think I can really handle much more than than. I just feel bad. Are insects a requirement for the diet of a hedgehog? If so, are there any substitutes I can give it rather than buy crickets and live worms? Thank you... :0)

Global Warming, because I feel so alone in thinking it is one of the greatest hoaxes of the century. Yes, the planet is changing, and we do need to change our ways, but most people don't realize that before the last ice age, this happened (meaning glaciers melting and all that jazz), and after the ice age, the climate has continued the fluctuate. Do you believe in global warming? If so, or if not, please explain why, I'd really like some other opinions on this.... :0)

Isn't it sad that "I survived a Japanese Game show" and "Tila Tequila" is considered television these days. I grew up with rugrats and wild thornberries and now I see my younger siblings watching crap like Zoey 101 or the naked brothers band. Does no one realize that Zoey is a pregnant teen and the naked brothers need to get a life and loose the ego? Luckily my mother no longer allows such garbage on the tv in her house, but I'm still troubled that the only quality shows on for kids these days are on PBS. And grown adults watching trash like I love New York or Flavor Flavs retarded show. If you are going to watch a show, why not watch one you can learn from, or one that has some substance. Please, is there anyone else that feels this way? Cause I sure as hell hope I'm not alone...

are not working. On the wii menu the hands won't show up. We tried changing the batteries and we can't resynch them without at least one working, any ideas? Appreciate any help... :0)
