I used 6N blond to cover my bf's gray. It worked well enough but came out a little darker and redder than anticipated. I would now like to highlight it without bleach powder. Can I just use a vol. 30 developer and 8N for subtle highlights or should I use 40 vol. developer?

I am looking to lease a house and thinking of having a realtor represent me. What should I look for? What can I expect? Will I be charged? I live in CT.

I was given an older machine without any instructions. It is model number GR26SBTMR. The settings seem to range from 1-20. First the icon was missing from my desktop and some Y.A. hero told me to find it in the start menu. That worked like magic but now it is missing from both the desktop and start men!. How do I get it back? How do I prevent it running away again? I know I'm not a very good cook but this is ridiculous!

I saw these three types at Sally's beauty supply. I bought neutral because I figured that it would be the safest. but I do like to have both cool and warm tones in my hair. It seems as though one of these others may help in the cool tone department. I'm just wondering if they are subtle enough. I am assuming that the blue powder, for example, bleaches ones hair to a cool blond, rather than making it blue. Is this correct?

I'm not looking for some Smart-Alec answer telling me to ask the store personnel or pay a professional to do it for me. Obviously, these options have been tried and found wanting. (Highlights "start" at $70, you know. Which would be okay if professional highlighting looked any better than my own. It doesn't) I'm also not looking for the profound "I.D.K." response I have seen.

There is a user on this site who calls himself blondewhiteguy1982. He gives absolutely disgusting, insulting replies to every question that he answers. As far as the questions he posts, they are fraudulent. So he may get 30 some odd sincere, concerned responses to his made up scenario, designed for the sole purpose of degrading women and provoking other members.

He has blatantly admitted all of this in his response to another member("this one is for Fairfax. I hope it sees it"). He said that 50% of Q&A on this site is bogus and others use it, as he does, to vent their aggressions. He said he likes to laugh with people at his job about all the pathetic, inferior people on this site.

I have never been a target of one of his attacks (though I probably will now) but I did spend a good long time answering one of his questions, trying to help only to learn that it was a completely bogus question.

I think most of us are sincere and I think this guy should be ousted. Who is willing to help? You can look him up by plugging his latest question,("my wife wants to kill my dog") into the search box. When the question comes up just click on his face and his profile will appear. Take a look at his Q & A and see what you think...

My friend says snow shoveling is a dangerous activity. I say that it is only dangerous if an out-of-shape person over-exerts himself. Is snow shoveling inherently more dangerous than other exercises?

Are they at all collectable? It is a "Woody", came from down south and has absolutely no rust. Some mechanical problems, however (oil leak, non-operational brake lights).
