How can I best utilize the treadmill to get the most results (other than plugging it in and jumping on). :) I have upped the water and fruits and veggies, but I know I need to move more. Do you have any tips? I am ready for this, like I was ready to quit smoking, and I am tired of the extra weight. (30 lbs. in 2 years) It is getting too chilly out and dark too early when I am able to go for a walk outside. Thank you in advance.

It had ancini di pepe, spinach, turkey meatballs and chicken boullion. The last time I went to the grocery store, they were not carrying the ancini di pepe, and I didn't save my last box. I can use orzos or something, but I cant find that recipe, even on Prince.com. They have other variations, but not this one. I was looking to make it for Christmas Eve, and I am going shopping in a few hours and can't take the chance they don't have the ancini di pepe this time. Thanks in advance. And this year my sister decided to pull the plug because she is upset with my brother. I know the reason, I don't agree with it and have told her I didn't. No one feels the same way,except for my sister. She refuses to go if someone else holds the party because my brother will attend. My bro called sis and asked about this Christmas party that he thinks is still on, and says nothing to him. Her answer was "I don't know" He calls me, and for now, I play dumb. I am really upset with her for making me lie about it, and for her to pull the plug and she doesn't tell him why. I am so ticked, I know what I WANT to do, but what would you do? I want to call her and ask why I ended up lying to him for her then call him and tell him what I know. There are 28 family members that go to this family party, the 3 of us kids, our spouses, kids, and grandkids. There is no get together, she pulled the pin, she won't tell him why, and denies knowing. I am stuck in the middle, and I hate being there.

I found a rock today, in the ground, next to my garage, that has indented shell fossils on the outside. There was a crack in the rock, and I hit the rock and when it split, it is filled with shell fossils. Do people still study these, or do I have a really pretty doorstop? Thanks for your time.

we are planning a trip to Florida in the spring, and are entertaining the idea of taking the train down and fly back, just to say we did it. We will have to drive to Boston,(we are in Maine), and will go to Fort Myers, or somewhere near. We have taken short trips on Amtrak, Maine to Mass., but we have never talked to anyone who has taken long trips. I checked and it would take 25 hours +/- to get there.

Have you traveled on Amtrak, and would you do it again? Thanks for your time.
