I'm in freestyle 5 so that means single jumps and axels, and I'm not really sure which ones to buy since theyre all so expensive and almost 300 dollars

i have a whole group discussion tomorrow and my teacher is grading us on it.. I mean i dont have a problem speaking. Im in speech and debate and I can present fairly well. But when it comes to group discussions and Socratic seminars, I just freeze up. Help?

I have a socratic seminar tomorrow and I have all the prep I need, like the questions and things to discuss on a sheet of paper. However, I don't have the courage to exactly speak up. I had to talk yesterday to for a whole group discussion and I spoke once and I was very happy, because I spoke, but I needed 3 to get an A. How can I solve this? Did you have this problem? I was speaking yesterday and my heart beated so fast it almost came out of my chest!

I did 25 hours of community service last year for the local YMCA. Will this count for my high school community service? I just started high school this year btw.

So I have a tournament tomorrow and basically I have to cold read, and I only get around 1/2 minutes. How do I act emotions, like mad or sad or happy?

I have been working on my spiral for the past few days and I finally got it to where it is supposed to be. I was wondering how to get it higher since I am not the most flexible person. Thanks!

I'm interested in trying out for cross country for my sophomore year and I was wondering if it was hrd. I see many people saying that they can run a mile in like 5 minutes. I can only run 7 to 8 if I try hard enough. Today I ran one fourth of a mile in one minute and forty three seconds and after I basically started gagging like for real. And cross country is several miles!

I do 2 foot spins right after my pivot and every time I only manage to do like 3 revolutions.

So basically the chicken was cooked on the outside but uncooked a little on the inside. I took one bite and immediately spit it out. I later ate my rice and noticed there was a little blood from the chicken.

I've heard that many people needed to go to the hospital or amputate parts of their body because they went to the ocean with a small cut and then got like a flesh eating bacteria or something else.I am going to the ocean in like 2 days and all the activities planned are aquatic. I have mild eczema so I have tiny little scabs and holes on my arms. Is it safe? I have everything booked and don't want to miss it because it's a once in a lifetime chance.
