Is drinking water that has been opened bad?

I opened the water bottle and the seal was not broken until I twisted the cap. Then, I drank some of the water until I saw hair inside the cap. Should I be worried that someone tampered with it? I got it from a hotel and I drank it a few days later

    I would suggest that the hair is either your own or its not hair at all but a thin strand of plastic from the manufacturer of the caps and bottles.

    For some reason people think hair only falls off food workers and that what they find can never be off their own clothes or head.

    I would take this to public health there should be no contamination such as hair in your drink
