I am 46, married for 17 years and have three sons, 15, 12, and 4. I have two dogs, a Standard Poodle and an Australian Kelpie/German Shepard mix and two cats; a Burman and a Siamese/Manx cross. I live in Northern California now but grew up in San Francisco and Daly City. I am a non-denominational Christian. I was a diesel mechanic in the USMC reserves. I have a blackbelt in tae kwon do. I have 10 tattoos, three ear piercings, navel piercing, 2 helix piercings, tragus piercing, monroe piercing, eyebrow piercing and nose piercing. I love white water rafting, camping, hiking, sight seeing and amusement parks. Oh, and I LOVE the beach.
Can you use your ipod during takeoff?
I am flying on a 5 hour flight followed by a two 1/2 hour flight on Wednesday. I am scared of flying and want to listen to some meditation. I know CD players and computers have to be off during take off and landing but how about ipods?

I recently had my nose pierced and have what is probably a nose pin. It is sort of L shaped with the longer end on the inside of my nose. When you buy them are they pre-bent or do you need some sort of tool. I forgot to ask and I don't live near the place I got it pierced.
Also, what is a nose stud? How do you put it in and is there anything that holds it in? From the pictures I've seen it looks like they are just straight and I can't figure out how they would stay in.
