  • Do you take Estrogen? Did it help you?

Can someone tell me if taking estrogen for their menopausal symptoms helped? My doctor wants to put me on estrogen. She says that it may help me lose some of the weight I gained in addition to helping me with the other symptoms.

  • I have a menopause question

I went through early menopause when I hit 40. I am through it now five years later. Every month however, I still have symptoms of a period. It feels like I am getting ready to have one, but I don't. I have water retention, cramps, breast soreness. I was wondering if this is normal to some women?

  • If you knew then about your spouse what you know now, would you still have married them?

I'm just curious is all. I wondered if we had the opportunity to see what our spouse would be like in the future, would we still take the plunge? I think I would but my husband may tell me that he would have left me in the dust, ha, ha.

  • Government waste?

My son supported his girlfriend and his one year old daughter until recently when the US was hit so hard with raising gas prices etc... He makes only $10.00 an hour and they recently found out that his girlfriend possibly has cancer and the baby developed an eye condition that could leave her blind. Being he didn't have insurance and they were struggling, his girlfriend asked for temporary government assistance with food and health care. They informed her if she moved out of the home they would help her. The idea of breaking up a family in order to help them is ridiculous. Being desperate that is what she did. Now the government pays for her housing, utilities, food AND medical. How stupid is that? They are spending $1000's more for this. Wouldn't it have been smarter to give her temporary assistance while my son was trying to care for them? They are miserable, they hate living this way but this is the only way they can get help.

  • Has your child ever been kicked out of a hospital because of your medical card?

My 1 yr. old grand-daughter developed an eye condition that without surgery would cause her to blind. Her doctor recommended she see a specialist. Her mother called numerous specialists, all denied her because of her medical card. Finally she went to Children's Hospital where a specialist there agreed to do the surgery. The doctor explained that the baby would need to spend two days in the hospital for monitoring after surgery. This week the surgery was done, about an hour after surgery they were informed that they had to take her home because the medical card didn't cover a hospital stay. The baby wasn't even fully recovered from the anesthesia yet. In fact they were in such a hurry to get her out of there that they left wire monitors on her chest, which were found when they arrived home. It was ok to send my Grand-daughter home so shouldn't it be ok to send the other ones home too? No- because the hospital can milk more money out of the insurance company if they stay.

  • I need information about un gaging ears.?

Both my son and daughter have gaged ears. They tell me that there is a technique to close them. Can someone tell me how that is done?

Their granny has holes in her ears, not by choice but by accidents due to earrings being pulled from her ears. Over the years she has had to use erasers to hold her earrings in. Her ears now look like they are gaged. She is embarrassed. She wants to know if she could use the same technique to close her ears? If not granny wants to know where to buy gages and how does she determine what size she would need for her ear?

  • If you were in a haunted house and heard a noise in the basement?

Would you go down to see what it was, like all the people in the movies? Or would you run like hell? If your sister was possessed like Regan in the exorcist would you take her dinner? lol

  • Have any Atheists persons ever seen a ghost or had a paranormal experience?

I am asking this question to Atheists because I know you have no religious beliefs which is your personal decision and right. Atheists don't believe in A God, is that correct? So I am assuming that you also do not believe in spirits and things of the like? I am not an Atheist so I do not fully understand your thoughts and views on things but I do have an open mind to everyone's opinion.

There are many who have never seen a ghost/spirit which ever you prefer. They don't believe in the paranormal at all. However, there are many people who do believe in spirits/paranormal and claim that they have. If you are an atheist (you were not under the influence of anything) and you have seen something or had an experience that was out of the realm of normal and explainable, what did you think it was? Do you believe it was your imagination? Do you have scientific reasoning that explained it?

    Just a curious question, thanks

  • Has your husband ever blew gas and ruined the moment?

Have you ever planned a secret sexual encounter with your man? Made him a special dinner, dressed in sexy clothing, lit candles etc....you know the whole nine yards. He arrives home gives you a big hug and kiss, then farts and scratches his sweaty private parts. Doesn't that just ruin everything you imagined would happen? Why do guys have to do that all the time. Don't they realize what they could be missing?

  • Husbands, please list five things you wish your wife would stop doing.?

My husband and I have been married for almost 19 years. He and I have a great relationship. One of the reasons our marriage has been successful has been due to my quest to figure out a man's brain, what he thinks and is afraid to say. I often pose questions like these to male figures in my life and then apply them to my marriage. I'd like to hear from other husbands. What do you wish your wife would stop doing?

  • Man's point of view on their wives enjoying the day while they work?

My husband is a total work a holic. When he is not working he is helping his mom, my mom or working on things around the house. The only thing he ever wants to do is work. The little time he does have he is exhausted, which I totally understand. He never has the desire to go anywhere with me or the kids, he always says "I'm too tired." He tells me to go out and enjoy the day. When I do go out and do something, like go swimming for example, he appears to be angry when I get home. He is not possesive or jealous in anyway, but he just seems disturbed. Often he is very short with me. I don't get it, he doesn't want me staying at home and staring at four walls, yet he is mad when I do something. Before I do anything, I make sure the house is clean, the laundry is done and a dinner plan is in place. What do you suppose is the problem? What can I do?
