So many people ask for evidence of gods and claim there is none. When shown evidence they disregard it, saying that what they have been shown is not true. Whether evidence is true or false,it is still evidence. The purpose for evidence is to give direction to the query, to lead one to the proof they seek in their hypothesis. Evidence can, of course, be used on more than one front. It can lead to more than one place, one thing and this may be part of the confusion.

For example, my avatar image is evidence that I am a bald male. Those of you who have seen the show Fringe will know that the image is not mine however, but the portrait of September. Does that mean it is no longer evidence, no. With that in mind, this now becomes evidence of a few things. I like that show, and I like that character. It could also show that I am trying to be deceptive, to make people see me as something I am not. None of this is actual proof of anything though.

Proof is what is real. It is what evidence is used to find, the reason for collecting it. Proof is the establishing of truths in order to come to a conclusion. It is the positive result of testing.

Proof is confirmation while evidence is simply support. Why does this confuse so many of you? Why do you keep asking for evidence?

This morning when I tried to go to the Religion and Spirituality section, instead of questions it said "Your criteria doesn't match any questions." and this box allowing me to ask a question said that I had already asked my limit of questions for the day. I had asked none, and had given no criteria. Moving on, now all of the categories say this. I've been using Yahoo Answers for a long time and never seen anything like it. I've been through many server upgrades and changes in page format What's the deal?

The other day I got an E-Mail from someone thanking me for my answer. The E-Mail had her handle so I looked for the question, couldn't find anything with that name. I like getting letters back from people on this site. I've even started a few friendships from here. This used to be so much easier though. So many people have their E-Mail hidden, their Q&A is even hidden. Is this fear? What are they afraid of? It's the internet, nobody can hurt you here.

Say you live to be 625, what things would you have time to do? Imagine yourself in the time where iron was barely being forged. Now, picture someone coming to you and saying that they will reward you with treasure unimaginable for more than just your simple lifetime You know this person can do this, they are most wealthy. All you have to do is change one thing about your lifestyle a year for the rest of your years teaching your new behaviors to your wife and children. Now imagine that each time you or yours strays from this way of life your future generations will age slightly quicker, thus dying younger. Each time compounding from the previous generation. Remember, it is guaranteed to your children's children's children's children ad so on that they will be wealthy beyond want. Would you take this deal?

I mean the dead know nothing, right. The dead can believe nothing, right. So when you are in hell (the grave) you will not be able to believe in your god. How does that make you feel?

So let's say (pick a religion) is the true one and a person decides that it is better to follow this instead of following what he, so far, knows to be true. Disregarding the fact that this argument can be used on behalf of any faith; would it not be self destructive to follow this "just in case" way of life? I mean, you would be living a lie and unless the god of choice is a fool you would be condemned either way.

Recently I have been using a silicone ring to alter the blood flow to something my wife thinks goes off to slow.(Yes, she gets off before me almost every time.) I was wondering if there is anything is the bible saying jesus... Oh never mind this is just to funny.

Since I have reached level 7 I have faith that I will keep getting rewarded with a congratulatory E-Mail from Yahoo as long as I answer a few then ask one. Is it my faith in the continuation of this cycle or my works that keep things going this way?
