I work in a bank as a teller and we have to sell products. It's not something most customers like having pushed on them, so I don't like having to do it. It is a requirement of my job though. Many times a day, non-customers will visit the bank I work at and ask me to cash a check for them because they don't have an account anywhere, or they do at another bank but chose to cash the check with us because the person that wrote the check is a customer of ours. (Sorry if that sounded elementary to any of you readers, but you would be surprised to know how many people don't understand how some bank policies work). Anyway, my question is this:

I want to impove my sales, so what product benefits interest you and how would you like it relayed to you?

I really want to be the best at referrals and I feel that if I know what many of you would want, it will help me with the customers and future customer I interact with by knowing what the majority is looking for.

What is going on in society today that teachers have become more concerned with the way things are written versus how things are written. My son wrote a paper for school, and throughout the entire paper (that he recieved a 90% on), there were numerous grammacal errors. Such as:

"alot" instead of "a lot" or "should of" versus "should have"

the use of "or" when it needed to be "nor" and the over use of the word "got" (this is more of a personal prefrence, I cannot stand the word and feel there is never a proper time to use it).

My boys (15 year old freshman and 13 year old eight grader) are having issues at school. They are making bad grades and I can't find a good way to fix it. What worked for you? Taking away everything (t.v., games, radio, everything) or just taking away one important thing - what worked. Serious answers only - and NO, i wont "beat" my kids. I do spank - but that doesn't work. (I think they perfer it actually... spank me, get it over with - done)

Does anyone know of a website that allows you to use your car make - model - and year, and detail it with different paint and interiors and so forth? A friend told me there was but i havent been able to find it online.

I have noticed when I look at screen shots from other players - they have corridinates above their mini-map (in the spot that tells you where you are... i.e. mine says North Gate Pass where screen shots I've noticed say 83:49 North Gate Pass How do I get mine to do that? Also - How do I take pictures in the game - my friend told me I could do that - do I just printscreen?

My best friends wife up and left one day and told him it would be best if he moved away to another town to make it easier on both of them. She told him to cash in his 401K and sign the papers to refinance the house so that she could use the money from both items to pay off all their bills and pay off her car and his Harley (which she had in her name).

Now the problem is - she gave him none of the money from the refinancing or the 401K. He moved to another town and the divorce papers were sent to him with a note from her saying all he had to do was sign because their was nothing to contest and no custody issues. He signed the papers and now she is holding the title to his bike unless he gives her $500.00 a month towards the mortage on the house (which is only $800.00 a month). By the way - she lives in the house with her boyfriend.

WHAT CAN HE DO? She sent him a letter saying that she was going to reposes the bike from him unless he pays!

I am interviewing in the morning for a position as a police officer - I don't want to appear to "girly" by wearing my hair down and I know that as an officer I will be wearing my hair in a pony tail - so should I wear it in a pony tail? I also don't want to appear to casual. (by the way - my hair is medium length right past my shoulders)

I am facing an oral review board for the police department I am trying to get hired on at. Does anyone know what questions they will ask, and what are the best answers so that I can get the job instead of one of the many others that are applying. (i.e. how do I win them over better than the other applicants)?

Does anyone else have issues with people on here pretending to be more idiotic than I believe them to really be? Not picking on anyone but profiles like "Dumb American" and "Teen Queen" who seem to ask fake questions for attention - and is there anything that can be done about it?

I have heard that it makes it straight but not smooth - I would still have to straighten it all the time if that is the case. I want to be able to wash and go without the worry of frizz. Also - is the chi staightning the same thing - because that's what my salon said they do

I have extreamly (and that is an understatement) curly hair - it's is dry and frizzy all the time - what are your suggestions to make it straight?
