I have a 2004 Chevy avalanche... 125,000 miles... When I start the truck in the morning it has good oil pressure... Somewhere between 55-60 psi and runs smooth and quiet... But as it gets up to operating tempature the oil pressure drops to 30-35 psi, and I have a lifter noise from the left side of the engine... If I drive it at hi way speeds, the oil pressure will run about 40-45 psi, and the lifter noise stops... but then drops to 30-35 psi at idle and after a few minutes the lifter noise returns... Anyone have this same problem? Any help would be appreciated...

I am a service tech and I'm not quite sure what to make of this situation. I recently had a customer call saying their furnace is not working. On arrival I noticed that the diagnostic light wasn't even on. On inspection I found out that the circuit board was bad, because you could see the burnt resistor on the board. I replaced the board with an exact replacement. The furnace fired up just like normal, and everything worked properly. 3 days later the customer called back saying the furnace quit working. When I checked it the second time, the diagnostic light was flashing a rapid constant flash. I checked the schematic to see what a rapid flashing would mean, and there was nothing listed for that type of error code. I went on-line looking if there was anything that would describe that kind of error code, and I came across a site that indicated that it meant a reversed polarity problem. I tried reversing the polarity, but that didn't make any difference. I assume the board is bad in some way, but if anyone would have any other suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have known this woman for about 18 yrs now, we have been really great friends for all that time... I have been single now for about 3 yrs, and she has just gotten divorced from her ex of 13yrs... We recently became close and I really have deep feelings for her... I have asked her out on a couple of dates, but she never accepts... I have asked her why, and she says that she needs time... What's that supposed to mean? She has been out on dates with other guys, but nothing ever came of them... When I do see her out, she is always hugging & kissing me, and we always have a good time together... She calls me almost everyday and we enjoy talking to each other... She says that she loves me for who I am, and has feelings for me, but I just can't get her to commit to anything that might make our relationship grow any further... I sometimes think I make myself to available for her, and she wants to explore all of her options before she commits to anything... What do you think I should do?

Does anyone know where I can purchase some exhaust hangers for my 2002 Dodge on line? I need 4 of them and the local Dodge dealer here can't get them...Don't know why... If there is anyone that knows of a web site or works at a Dodge dealership and can get me these, Please let me know...Thanks

I am looking for a coolant recovery tank for my 2002 dodge ram 1500 with a 4.7 v-8 engine... The tank has a crack in it and leaks radiator fluid from the top... Does anyone know where I can purchase one of these online, or know what the part# is for this? Also I'm looking for the rubber exhaust mounts that hold my exhaust pipes up...If you know the part#'s for those I would appriciate it...Thanks

How many oxygen sensors are there on a 2002 Dodge ram 1500 with the 4.7 v-8 engine? I was told there are four of them is this correct? If so does anyone know what the part#'s are for all for sensors? Thanks

I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500... I don't get very warm air out of the vents when I have the heater on... I checked the radiator fluid and the resivor is full...You can see circulation when the radiator cap is off... It worked perfectly fine yesterday, but today I can't get more than luke warm air to come out of the vents...Any suggestions? Maybe the thermostat isn't working properly? Your help would be appriciated...

First of all only qualified HVAC tech is who I want replys from... Sorry but I probably know more about heating & airconditioning than most people on here... I just have a problem diagnosing this specific furnace... I have a Rheem upflow furnace. Model# RGDE-10EQAGS I cant get the burners to ignite... The furnace goes through the motions, draft inducer starts, ignitor glows, and 24 volts is fed to the valve. You can hear the valve engage, but no gas will go through the valve... I figured that since you had the 24volts present at the valve then it was bad. I replaced it with a new one and still have the same problem. I even tried replacing the valve with yet another new valve, thinkin maybe there was a problem with the first new one that I installed... So this morning I called the power company to check to see if there was enough pressure coming to the furnace, and there is... If 24volts is going to the valve, and the pressure is right, why wouldn't it let in the gas...

Here's another theroy of mine...The universe started with one big mass that exploded and exspanded to the far reaches of space... Now scientists are saying that the universe is getting smaller... Inturn gravity is causing the universe to collapse back on itself right? If this is true then all matter will come back together at one single point and the big bang would happen again... question is how many times has this already done that? Is this the first universe ever created, or maybe the 1,000,000th... people question how old the universe is, but how old is space that the universe is in...

I have a theory of this whole UFO phenominom and was wandering if anyone has came to the same conclusion... Do you think it is possible that aliens & ufos are what humans are gonna become in the next 2,000 yrs... Keep an open mind... Say a ufo isn't some spacecraft from another planet but some kind of time machine, that is transporting people from the future back to present time...You always here that people that get abducted, always have some type of medical procedure done...Maybe it's people from the future looking for a cure of some kind of disease or genetic malfunction, and they are taking dna from present day life to try and clone it or something to help out the race of humans in their time... Time travel has been proven by Einstein's theroy and on the space shuttle.. This would make more sence to me than travelers from another planet...you always hear where a fetus is taken from women that are abducted... maybe they are trying to fix something that we screwed up in the past...
