After update to 8 two of my computers show absolutely no display. Everything else seems to be running. I tried external monitors as one PC is a laptop and the other a motion computing biz tablet. Neither showed anything on any display. Where do I start when I cannot see anything?

The fan is turning/blowing. The icemaker turns out ice & keeps frozen on the left side. On the right I have milk going funky. The compressor must be working. I'm completely stumped!

Is there anything I can do? I was going to reset to factory to see if an app caused my phone to stop charging.

I just downloaded ubuntu . I'm a new user. I haven't used a terminal/command prompt in about 12 years. The version is 10.10 if that helps.

I am using Ubuntu 11 only right now. Can I load windows 8 as well? (Dual Boot)

The dryer is five years old. The model number has rubbed off the sticker. There are no other places I see it listed. After searching I noticed there are three types for electric dryers. Please leave any tips.

I have only had it a few weeks. I cannot remember if I should be able to touch the word menu on the screen to open the phones menu. It seems like I did a few times. I can definitely do it when the slider is open, but not regularly close.

My wife is homeschooling our two older children due to violence in public school. I went through a public school. I am worried they will not be promoted properly. They are happy and learning. I'm used to conventional paperwork announcing you have moved up to grade 6, 7, 8, ETC. .

I don't mean the popular book by this title. She only speaks of more modern religion. I want to find out where the idea of a god, gods, deities originated. As in what first compelled man to say or think there was something larger than him.

All crazy fundy religious answers with be ignored. I don't want to know about your god. Just the history of mans fascination with such a being.

I was attempting to reinstall all acers tools. The pc will not allow Erecovery or Eaudio (not authorized machine). The audio doesn't bother me that much. The recovery would be nice to have, so one button I could recovery instead of up all night with cd-roms.

Or just have more than one use?

My son has not missed this year. They have two days left, but he has been having a rough week since Sunday. If you see previous q&a you will know he has adhd,autism, and odd. My microwave clock loses several minutes each day. The heating portion is fine.
