when it cranks over it has a high pitch sound

I've always believed in astrology & have found it very accurate in the past. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if these changes in the next few months will turn out well for me? My birthday is 8-24- 1962,in Martinez, Ca. at 12:05pm. Thank you for anything you could tell me!

A 7yr old chihuahua was lost a few days ago near my house. It belongs to a family with 2 little girls,( 4 & 5). They put up fliers all over. Yesterday I talked to the owner & she said someone called her saying they saw a dog being taken into a house on my street. They didn't give their name. And someone keeps taking down all her fliers after she puts them up. I told her I would call her if I see or hear about her dog. Then I was talking with my daughter about it & we remember hearing a dog crying all day on the day that dog was lost. My next door Neighbors have 8 chihuahua's that bark constantly so I didn't think much about it then.But they never cry. Except for that day, 1 dog cried & the rest barked most of that day. The dogs are usually always in the back yard all day, but they have been inside all week. But they might be inside because its been hot this week. I haven't been able to see the dogs at all. I don't really know the people who live there, they say hi but never talk to anyone so I can't just go over there for some reason. I don't want to accuse them if they didn't do it, but I really think they have the dog. What should I do? Call her and tell her what I'm thinking, or wait & try to have proof first? Also the dog is sick & needs meds. What should I do?????

We can't find any vets that will check him & let us make payments to pay for it. Does anyone have any ideas? My friend will be getting paid in a few weeks, but his puppy can't wait that long.

My husband is returning to work & his employer wants a form from his Dr. clearing him from his injury. Is that a separate form from the Dr's certificate he used when he applied for disability? Or is it the same form the Dr fills out again? I can't find any other forms. Thanks.

If an electrical appliance with exposed wires gets dropped in water & trips the GFI, does the GFI need to be replaced?

The house is only 3 1/2 yrs. old. The rest of the house is alright, but the kitchen is disgusting! The stove top & the oven are pretty dirty too. I can probably clean those, but the microwave & hood has grease coming out of everywhere, the door hinges, the motor, the vents. The property management co. that handles everything said "We had a lady clean it twice. There is nothing they can do!" I signed a 1yr lease on friday. What rights do I have?

We're leasing a house in ca. & there are some things we want to do, like put shelves in the garage, add lights, ceiling fans etc. What things do we have to ask before we can do them?

Should I cut them in half, take out the seeds, and freeze them?

I'm normally not afraid of bee's, but these won't leave me alone, they are everywhere. They are on the grass, the trees, the fence, the dirt, my lawn furnature. I thought flowers was what attracted them. Anyone have any idea's? I live in the valley in Calif. if that makes a difference. Thank You.
