I'm funny, smart, and creative. I can get along with just about anyone and have a lot of friends.

  • How can I ask my parents to let my friend move in?

My friend's mother is moving out of state and he will be staying here to rent an apartment to finish high school in his hometown and then go to a local college. However, since he IS a minor, he can't be on his own until he is 18 this November and will also need to save up some money for it. He has a part-time job with excellent pay so he'll be able to put some money toward groceries and utilities, and he's getting a car at the end of this month. The only thing is that I'm not exactly sure how to bring this subject up to my parents. I feel it would be inappropriate to just say, "Hey, Mom, Hey Dad, do you care if [insert name here] moves in for like 6 months?" I just need a way to bring it up to my parents in the right way. They're pretty understanding and everything, it's just that Mom doesn't know him very well, though my dad does.

Any suggestions? I'd greatly appreciate it! ;)

  • A question about "The Great Gatsby"?

This is more of an opinionated question about what I view to be one of the greatest American classics. I'd like all of your opinions about "The Great Gatsby". In your opinion, has Gatsby been corrupted by society, or is choice proof that he is part of the corruption?

  • People (Contacts) app disappeared?

I have an Android tablet running Android 4.0. I've noticed that the "People" app has just disappeared. Now I can't add or edit any of my contacts I have stored on my tablet, and I can't look up my friend's phone numbers. Anyone know what happened or how to get it back? It isn't anywhere on there! Thanks!

  • What happpened to Voldemort?

After the Second Battle of Hogwarts I know that they moved his body off to the side... However, they never say what happened to it after that? Did they burn it? Bury it? Blow it up? Transfigure it? What do you guys think happened to it ... or is there a time when JK Rowling has said what they did with it? I was just wondering... Thanks! :)

  • Running a 64-Bit application on a 32-Bit Operating System?

Is there any way that I can run a 64-Bit application on a 32-Bit Windows XP PC? I would like to get Microsoft Office 2013, which was released a couple of days ago. However, as far as I can tell, it only supports 64-Bit and 86-Bit Operating Systems. If not, is there anywhere I can get it for a 32-Bit PC? Thanks in advance!

  • No sound with Windows 8, can someone help?

I've recently installed Windows 8 Developer preview onto a spare desktop I had lying around. The problem is, I have no sound on it. I've tried installing the drivers for it several times, putting in a new sound card and installing the drivers for that card, and changing the speakers. When I try to run Windows Audio in Services.msc, I get the error message: "Error 1297: A privilege that the service requires to function properly does not exist in the service account configuration. You may use the Services Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in (services.msc) and the Local Security Settings MMC snap-in (secpol.msc) to view the service configuration and the account configuration." I know that this OS is in the Development stage still, and that it may have a few glitches or "rough spots". But from what I've seen, nobody else has ran into this problem. If I don't get this resolved, I think I have no other choice but to reinstall Windows 8, Windows, 7 or Windows Vista, though I would rather avoid doing that. If any tech whiz can help me out here, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :3

  • Anyone know a good, safe replacement for limewire that is free?

Ever since limewire was shut down over the summer, I've gone crazy without my music. I really cannot afford to buy music from iTunes, and would like a new site to get my music from. My sister's boyfriend recommended frost-wire to me, but it won't work right on my computer. I need them to be for Mac OS, please.
