Hey i sleep around 5-6 o clock at night, and i need to fix my sleeping schedule. its 10 30 pm and i need to know when i should take the melatonin to reset my bodys clock. im not tired at all and i dont think i will be for a while. should i take it now and lay around in the dark all night or take it before i get tired? i just dont know. help please

Last night I had a dream that I was swimming underwater, and I had the hiccup's. The hiccup's were not making me drown but I was actually able to breathe. I know this irrelevant but just now I was watching the history channel 2. A show called "How the Earth Made Man", and their speaking about some clues to our origins in the past, and one of the subjects was where hiccup's came from. Strangely enough the theory is that hiccup's were hardwired into our biology from a time where we were in a fish state. I know this is very debatable and its just a theory but the coincidence that I dream't of this and later saw it on TV is amazing. what do you think?

Im trying to apply for NCM infantry soldier right now in the canadian army, and im having trouble picking what entry plan i want. simply because i dont know what the optional terms i have to select from even mean. sorry for the trouble but all i need to know is what every other guy is clicking for their entry plan.

Lets just say hypothetically the UN and America's government go and take away all of the American citizens weapons. Let's say a few events occur following the disarming of American citizen's that cause widespread uproar in America eventually leading to some sort of cival war.

How would that affect Canada? Will Canada soon disarm all of their citizens too? My kitten always purrs whenever she's around me or my gf. She never let's us pet her, and whenever we try to , she grips and bites our hand. Is this something shell grow out of?

So i found out i was allergic to my girlfriends hamster not to long ago, and just recently i got myself a kitty. the problem is the past week i've had the kitty i sneeze and have very itchy eyes. i dont have anti histamines at the moment and i dont think ill be able to buy them all the time. other then that i was wondering if its ok to give the cat a good rinse once a week or two to get some of the dander off her.

I only pray everyone in a while, and I attend church when I feel like the time is right when I've had enough sleep and I am not sick and not busy. I know that if I pray for forgiveness I also have to stop doing the sins I've done to be forgiven. In my past there are things I know I won't ever do again, but there are still frequent sins that I do day to day that I know I cannot be forgiven for because I know I'll keep doing it even if I know it's bad because there engrained in my personality. When I pray I say to The Lord I am sorry for these sins I cannot give up and I feel guilty. I always pray for others, guidance, and wrongs I've done in my past for denying and cursing god when I was young and immature. But I've been good the past few years and I know I'll never drop my faith. But I don't agree that I really should go to church every Sunday. I love The Lord and Jesus and I want to be in heaven when I die, but is my life choices going to keep me from that.
