I saw this 1971 tv movie back in 1972, but whenever I search for it I just find listings saying it's a cult classic - I never find any dvd for sale. Why is this? I've never found it listed on tv either.

I was using a thin screen, but it quit working, so I hooked back up my older monitor. It is all flickery, didn't used to be, is there a setting I can adjust, or is it just from not being used for a month?

It's hurting my eyes.

My 23 year old daughter is a ballet dancer since 5. She is trying to find a better pointe shoe, but we can't afford to order shoes on spec as it were, and the only local shop is a small one without a lot of variety of shoes. We'd like to find a good forum where we can get feedback and recommendations from other dancers about various shoes.

I've been trying to get this book published for over a year now. Someone suggested publishing it as an ebook. Are ebooks for younger kids popular? Will this get any attention from a publisher so that I can sell my next book? Does it cost to publish an ebook, or do I make any money from it?

Any info from those with experience would be appreciated!

I read this book in elementary school, in the 60s. It was about a girl who had a magic pencil. She drew a pic of another little girl and then became friends with her, through the medium of pencil and paper. At the end, the pencil was lost and she wa unable to communicate any more with the picture girl.

Does this ring a bell with anyone? I've been trying to find it for years!

I wrote a children's book for apporx reading age grade 2/3. In the past year I've sent inquiry letters to half a dozen publishers. I received back either a form letter saying they weren't interested, or no response at all. No one so far has even looked at the manuscript! Several friends and children have read and liked it. I'm working on a second book, but I feel like it's impossible to even get considered! Does anyone have any suggestions?
