My brother has been offered a job in Bahrain. We live in Australia. What would be a general cost for things in Bahrain, like an apartment, food, etc?? Just to get a general idea. He is a single guy.

The wage being offered is more then he's getting here in Australia but we are wondering if the cost of living is a lot more in Bahrain therefore, would it be worth the move..??

Me and hubby want to have another baby but are just wondering when to? we have 2 kids and want a 3rd. our youngest is now 15months, eldest is at school. I want to do open foundation next year at uni so i can do further study after that. open foundation is for one year (about 2 hours a day, 2 days a week) then depending on the course, i will be doing another few years study. My question is: do you think we should wait till i have completely finished uni in about 4 or so years or just go ahead and start trying now?? ( ..the thing is, after uni i will want to get a job after all the hard work i have put in not go back to the begining and have another kid... but having a kid now might not be the easiest trying to go to uni and study.... catch 22! ) all answer's appriciated.

Im wanting know if i can have my internet on without having my phone line connected? we hardly use our home phone, its just there so we can have the internet and it seems like such a waste of money as we pay for line rental then calls and we're on the cheapest cap i could find but it all adds up. Or maybe do you know of any cheap home phone plans that do not have a line rental attached. I live in australia so relavent answers to oz please. Much appriciated!

After yesterday's crazy morning - (which seemed to be worse then usual) My dear little daughter came home from school with a yoyo and a dolphin keyring.... "Where did u get that from?" i say, "at school" she says. "Umm,who's money did use?" thinking some poor kid bought it for her and i'd have to pay the parents back & say sorry. "mine" she says.

It turns out she got her money out, hid it in her bag(all $70 of it) and took it to school! she returned wth $50. this was her birthday/pocket money that was put away in her room. obviously i understand it is HER money but she is 7 and she is never to just 'take' her money without asking. In the school news letter which came home yesterday too it said there would be these things for sale at school for the rest of the week & if there is ever anything like that at school we always give her money for it. i am dumfounded. i really don't know what to do about it. Im beyond smacking her, im so dissapointed i cant even talk to her. what should we do

My 7 year old daughter is driving me crazy - its like talking to a brick wall!!!

Nearly everyday she tries to hide things in her school bag or pocket from me - toys, chocolate, clothes. Or tries to hide things she's wearing that she's not allowed to wear to school.

Wheather it be the wrong socks or wrong sports shirt under her jumper.

I catch her out 99% of the time. Yet she keeps doing it.

I tell her while she is getting ready to take off the sox or whatever it is yet she disobeys and wears it anyway, tries to hide it, only to get in trouble later!

School has a set uniform to wear, so its not like all the other kids are wearing mufti clothes and i'm not letting her.

To add to the daily ritual she also just does not listen to me(obviously). I could tell her to do something 14times before she actually does it. I really am a broken record! I think i tell her to brush her teeth 100times a day-before she actaully does it.

Let me remind you - this is EVERYDAY!!!! & im going crazy!
