Fun, funny and not what you'd expect. Get to know the person and forget the rest. Thanks, the management.

  • Do people still really believe the Holocaust didn't happen?

On July 10, 1997, basketball star Kareem Abdul Jabbar met with former Chief Rabbi Israel Meir Lau in Israel. The connection was deep, as Jabbar’s father was with the U.S. army unit that liberated Buchenwald when Lau was a child imprisoned there! Two African-American soldiers carried him to a nearby village, exclaiming, "Look at the child who you were fighting against! This is the enemy of the Nazis!" Lau gave Jabbar a watch with the Hebrew inscription, "One can earn the world at one time."

I think that they should ask Kareem if it happened. Don't you?

  • Wow. How come when I went through all this stuff two years ago, no one believed me?

Click on this link, read the article and you'll see what I mean. http://finance.yahoo.com/career-work/article/10888... I mean, shoot, I have had the same nonsense with income, not getting unemployment benefits EVER, not getting foodstamps for absolutely no legal or logical reason, living on food from the foodbank, etc., and do you know what people told me? Stay positive. Did I get an article? Did anyone care? So when are the wealthy gonna' quit helping Haiti and Africa and everywhere else and create a few jobs instead? Are there any wealthy? Or are they all pretending like us?

  • So if someone you go to school with has been practically stalking you and then baits you publicly?

(while on the clock on his job) Would you go to his manager and totally rheam him? Or would you let it slide. Keep in mind he's been trying to "prove who's better" since we are in the same major, he told me that he's better because he's going to school young and I'm old. (I don't qualify for social security for another couple of decades), and other extremely inflammatory and rude things. In front of God, the customers, fellow employees of his, and anyone else who might care to listen. Loudly. Would you teach him a lesson?

  • Larry, I appologize. I was the one who posted the pants/cellphone question by accident in your name?

I asked if the fashion industry maybe had an old-fashioned view about women's pants/purses etcetera because of the fact ONLY WOMEN have called me about accidentally loosing their phone into the toilet from their back pocket on their slacks. These little evil rectangles are too shallow - it's happened to me! Shouldn't the fashion industry get caught up on feminine lifestyles? I mean, really. Shouldn't they?

  • So what do you think? Good way to deal with anger?

I shrank my former best friend and put her into a little tiny jar. She looks alot like a Scary spice action figure. I think if I keep her in the jar she can't pull anymore backstabbing tricks like she's done since 1986 and thinks I still don't know. What do you all think? Probably we should do this with all our criminals and evil political villains. I could get rich leasing out my shrink-ray gun too, eh?

  • So does anyone think that now that we have finally balanced things on the pigment scale we can finally forget?

Well, I mean, ignore what color each other is and worry about how the person acts, the quality of their actual work, their kind deeds? I would really like for this to finally happen, since I was a little girl. Do you think we will? Or will actresses like Miss Dawson and the others try and get "revenge on anyone with peachy skin? I wonder.

  • This ones for the intellectuals: What is going to happen when we empty the holes all the oil is in?

What will slide in there to fill the gap do you think? Maybe huge pieces of continent? Gallons of ocean? Maybe we really do need to get ourselves driving electric or hydro powered cars more than we realized before?

  • What is the problem with people these days?

If you tell them you have a problem, they listen attentively, offer solutions and then backpedal - 100%. If I had been hiding details, I could understand, but I laid all of my cards on the table, no issues hiding anywhere. I have never done this. If I make a gesture to help someone, I follow through. If I can't help them, I usually find someone who can or start making phone calls. Or I lend my sympathy and tell them I can't help them but I can listen. But I NEVER get their hopes up like these people are doing to me and then drop them on their head. Why are people so sick lately?

  • I did this research in here on social response to pigment?

And all of my answerers thought I had only asked 3 different questions or one question with 3 avatars, etc. People: I asked SEVERAL different questions, 3 times each under each avatar identity and got very alarmingly pidgeonholed responses. I have conducted this research over 2006 and 2008 when I first heard I would have to come up with this data for a thesis if I took a particular course. What I am wondering is if anyone finds it offensive that they were all test subjects or if they are surprised at my results or any comments? Would you be surprised to discover I look nothing like my avatar at all?

  • I recently rediscovered the Tesla - why aren't they marketing this car in SUV, sedan and pick-up truck?

I am sick of fossil fuel monopolies and would like to tell the oil companies to eat my shorts, but I have a family to transport 80% of the time and need more than two seats. Why doesn't Tesla have other types of vehicles? A nice sporty sedan with four doors and a spoiler on the trunk would be great - especially in electric blue. I would even model it for them for free if they had one! Why?

  • Is this guy sick, or what?

Met a guy. At first it was great. Then he started acting weird, after about a month. Telling me he has to go to his house at weird hours - right in the middle of a movie at my house. Tells me 10 minutes, it becomes 30 or 40 or whatever, longer each time. I check on him a couple of times because I'm worried, he's not at his house. Right. He then accuses me of being jealous and won't talk to me for about two weeks. Then shows up and tries to pick up right from where we were before. Uh-huh. Then he gets mad for no reason after a week of 'being together' and wants me to go away. Then comes wandering back again. The third time it's all of 3 or 4 days before he goes into one of his 'spells'. Last night, he knocked on my door at 11:30pm expecting a booty call and trying to act like he was gonna' miss me while he went away for 4 days out of town. I told him I wasn't in the mood. This morning he comes back over and asks if he can look in my bedroom for his sunglasses, then my bathroom.

  • Why can't we all just take it easy anymore?

What ever happened to live and let live? When did people stop following the rule that if someone wants to know your beliefs, they'll ask. Otherwise leave them alone?

  • Okay, if someone famous was wearing a bucket hat half-way down their nose?

And rumpled, wrinkled clothing; and they were creeping through the cars - would you be nervous, not knowing who they were? I mean, it's dark and he comes up to me and says - "good evening.....where's my car?" And I love to help people, but I hadn't recognized him yet and I have been attacked before by a guy I DID know in the past, so I mumbled "I don't know..." and hurried to my car, looking over my shoulder the whole way. But with each step I kept thinking that he looked familiar in some way. I drove off, but looked over my shoulder to see that he was looking like he was approaching a couple, but at the last minute, turned and looked RIGHT AT MY CAR. We made eye contact for a second. I went home, watched a movie and fell asleep. When I woke up on the couch it suddenly dawned on me who he is. I wanted to say, "Aaaaaaaaaaargh! Dude, my phone number is on my bumper in bright blue - just call me and quit sneaking around. But tell me who you are so I don't act stupid again, please?" (Sigh)
