Hi, my neighbor told me "Do not to ever let me see your dogs on my property again or something bad will happen to them." Is that considered a threat? Can I add a college on my ACT score report? I took the December 2009 test and it has been a week since then. Is it too late to change it? Will it be included in my 4 free score reports? I only have 2 listed so far.

I am 17 yrs old and a virgin and although for some this may seem like a typical occurrence, I feel like I am the only one. Almost all my friends I've made throughout high school aren't virgins anymore.Don't get me wrong, I am not rushing to lose my virginity at all. I plan on waiting for the right person.

My question to you is how coveted is virginity in today's society? Is a virgin still looked at as the ultimate prize or does it not matter to most? Will guys look at my virginity as a prize or a defect?

Does the fafsa include institutional aid (aid from the colleges themselves)?

Also, say a school wanted to give me a scholarship based on some insignificant reason (race, SAT scores, high GPA), would I receive that money through the FAFSA or would the school just send me a letter saying how much they would award me? Basically, would it be necessary for me to fill out the FAFSA if I am looking for aid from one these "insignificant reasons?"

So, my parents have already made it clear that they are not going to contribute to paying for my college education. So do I need to put my parents income on the FAFSA if they aren't going to help? Do they still need to do their taxes early?

Also, my parents make a combined income of about $130,000. Will this hurt my chances of receiving aid if they aren't going to help pay for college?

I understand that you apply with the FAFSA, but how do you go about that? Does a college have to accept you before you try to get financial aid? Do you put the colleges you want aid from on the form? Can your application still be pending while you apply for aid?
