property-agreement was not satisfyed and now what can be done w/o breaking the law to remove this person [been there two weeks]

all -as well tiny crystal formations were all over everything -like it had been wet and dried out -so after reassembly it fails to do anything except as on button is pressed light up momentarily then go dark-I know this thing was really messed with -but is there any thing i can do? its a athlon processor and 40 gig harddrive-it worked fine before except the time which needed reset each time i went on-thanks.

need the whole rear assembly rebuilt -and this is a 1972 -so a booster is also used,this ,i understand makes it an even more difficult operation to repair -the rear brakes don't even catch anymore so its something i must do -any hints or shortcuts in the repair process that you can share that would benifit my situation?[rather than have a "pro"do it] I can't afford a mechanic at this time and need to do this myself-thanks.

heat pump and it has emerg heat-and then i showed the man the hatch to go up where the heat pump was and he promptly replaced the transformer which i mentioned to him that i felt may be the problem.but i never said to "come to my house and replace the transformer" i mean if i could make that diagnosis /why would I freeze for 8 days and not simply go get one and replace it? ok he then discovers that the unit was shut off at the box -and i said that i figured that it was best to leave it off while I messed around w the thermostat so as not to blow the tranny-so the guy was up there about a half hr more -comes up to me saying that my trans was blown on the low v end -so no good-and the "new" one that he so adeptly installed had the high voltage side blown -ok thats conceivable and i even offered an idea that we hook both tog and? but he declined the advice-and is coming back tomorrow with a new one to install-now to the thing i did to start all this -I pulled the manual

the cool mode worked all summer but heat does not work -is there any thing i can check to see if i can fix it myself?
