Ok, my friend wanted to upgrade from People PC DSL to SBC. TOday, after having People PC shut off, she finds she cant get the SBC to work through her zyxel modem. She called SBC but they said since it isn't supported, they would charge her 99$ for tech support. I need to know the easiest, simplest, CHEAPEST way to get this connected. SHe doesnt have any money to buy another modem right now, but it seems there must be a way! PLEASE HELP!!! And if you can give step by step instructions, I will be grateful!

I just bought some fresh shrimp and want to fry them tomorrow night.

At the chinese restaurant, they serve a fried shrimp with shell on and little bits of jalapenos mixed in. The shells seem slightly crunchy like they were tossed with a flour or something.

I want to duplicate the recipe - can anyone tell me how? I think it is fried in butter - but not sure at all. Very yummy!!! Thanks in advance - I will make sure to award best answer!

with a black friend, and it had some lyrics about Destroyer, and boom boom I'll take you there - some such. Think it was pretty popular, and it was very catchy. Now I want to hear it again but need help!!! Best answer points to the first one to name that tune... Thanks!

I haven't a clue where to start -- I got off work sat. night, went to a friends, and 5 min later we went to leave, and the car backed out of the drive -- then would not go forward. Or in reverse. Nothing.

I tried putting it in park and then drive again -- that did not work. It did not engage. I checked the fluid level -- as did others the next day -- it was full, and did not smell burnt. There have been no previous problems with my tranny -- I specifically tested for that before I bought it last August ($2000)

I WAS able to shift it into neutral and we pushed it back up into the driveway... Still, the only thing the car will do is rev in gear...

A customer (I am a waitress) went to look at at the car, and he said it was not the linkage "that he could see." He also said my CV joints (axle?) were fine. He said he took the cover off my steering column and checked sensors as well?

As I mentioned, there was no warning, no problems, its every gear, no movement...

I am a single mom of a little boy, just graduated college (at my age --38 lol) waitressing until I start grad school. I don't know what to do or where to go or how I will even swing a new tranny (starving student lol) and I am hoping it is a sensor or solenoid or something short of the whole kit and kaboodle! Please let me know what you think... Until then, Clueless in Arkansas...

Ok, I am for real with this, and cannot find an answer anywhere on the web. Guess I do not know where to look. But, here it is.. I was sent an email by someone I consider a friend, and see that he sent it to a few people at the same time. I notice a couple of the addys he listed have a yellow smiley, showing they have instant messenger. There is not a smiley next to my name, however, even though I have IM.

Does the lack of a smiley showing my IM mean I am not on his messenger list? Or is this something that doesnt show because of some preference I chose? I notice some of the other contacts he sent this joke to have, some do not have, the IM symbol. Hope I make sense explaining this. Thanks.

Its the end, and I am struggling with, among others, writing a 7 pg analysis of The Best Way to Rob a Bank is to Own One; recreating a piece of art with a human element from our text book (and have no camera..); write a paper on the artistic architecture of a church and the origins, and-- *take an author we've read this semester (Conrad, Joyce, Sartre, Pirandhello, Borges, Beckett, Fugard) and write our own "original and informed analysis in essay form."

It should reference previous critical analyses, and refer to specific passages from the primary text (I assume what was in our textbook, like No Exit; Heart of Darkness; Six Charactes Searching for an Author; The Dead) with each reference properly cited in MLA.

He says "I recommend " starting in the library, as "specialized encyclo. and books offer more authoratative and interesting ideas than..the broad, general landscape of the web.."

Any ideas/help?

In addition to wondering when child support is legally required (back child support to time of separation, or due payable beginning divorce/support order) I also wonder what is the minimum in Arkansas? Is it 20, 25, or 30$? (Based on unemployed father.) Thanks.

I cannot find any specifics about this online. PLEASE, does anyone know? I am betting that the father is not liable for support until ordered in the divorce. Thanks!!!!!!
