★★★★★★★★★★★★ Hello, I'm Andria. ★★★★★★★★★★★★ I spend way too much time on Yahoo!Answers and Myspace. ★★★★★★★★★★★★ I'm happily married to the greatest guy ever, Ryne. 10*24*09. ★★★★★★★★★★★★ I'm 23 years old and I'm from Texas. ★★★★★★★★★★★★ I play drums (drumline, drumset, etc.), guitar (electric, acoustic, and bass), and piano. ★★★★★★★★★★★★ I'm a Nursing (Neonatal Nurse or Pediatrician) and Music Major. Double majoring.. yes, I might be crazy but oh well. haha ★★★★★★★★★★★★ Don't bother saying anything rude to me... I could care less what someone has to say to/about me on the internet. I make fun of the idiots that think they're "cool" when they fight with people online. Get a life. ★★★★★★★★★★★★ Anyways, if you want to add me.. go ahead. =) ★★★★★★★★★★★★

  • Associates Degree in Music?

I will be receiving my Associates Degree in Music in May. Does anyone know what I can do with this? I am planning on being a Middle School Band Director, but I know I can't do that until I get my Bachelor's. I also need to get my teaching degree first.

Is there a way I could teach Elementary School or something? I can get my Teaching Degree pretty easily so I may go ahead and do that and then see where that gets me.

I would just love to start teaching Music if I could... or just teach anything in general.

I'm hoping my Associates Degree in Music isn't going to be worthless.

    Thanks in advance!

  • Wedding Reception Songs?

I am getting married October 24, 2009 and I am having trouble finding enough reception songs. I want to have too many than not enough. I would like them to be upbeat/danceable rather than draggy. I want my wedding to have a lot of dance songs so people can have fun. I don't really need anymore slow songs, but if you have some in mind, let me know. =)

My fiance and I are into rock, but country, pop, jazz, blues, etc. will be fine.

    Thank you in advance!

  • I'm filling out a job application for my church -- I want to work in the Nursery...?

and I don't know what to put. There's two questions.

The first question is, "What do you feel are your unique gifts or skills for providing care for children? (Praise yourself! What are your strengths?)"

The second question is, "What do you think your role will be in the children's ministry?"

I know these questions probably aren't that difficult to answer, but I really want to make it sound good. If you have any serious answers that could help me, I would really appreciate it. I'll give best answer too, btw. =)

    Thanks in advance!

I have Intelivision (OLD), Sega, Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Super Nintendo, Nintendo Wii, Playstation 2, XBOX, and... I think that's it?

My favorite has to be my Nintendo Wii. It's so much fun.. I love Wii Sports and Wii Fit.

  • What instruments do you play -- Musicians?

I was wondering who played instruments on here and what instrument they played and for how long?

    Me-

Percussion (drumline, drumset, timpani, marimba, etc.) - 11 years.

Piano - 10ish years. I had to learn it for percussion, but since I'm a music major right now.. I'm having to play it A LOT.

    Electric/Acoustic Guitar - 5-6 years

Bass Guitar - 1 year (I learned it really fast to play in my college indoor drumline.. very easy for me to play)

I have to pick another instrument to play since I'm a music major so that's one reason why I'm asking this question. I was thinking saxophone, but I don't really know how hard it is to play. I know how to play a little trumpet and flute, but I'd much rather play saxophone.
