Every year, my family has a Christmas/pollyanna party. Last year's theme was redneck Christmas. We're having a hard time thinking of one for this year. Any ideas would be very much appreciated.THANKS!

My friend can do 290 lbs on a bench press machine but he questions the accuracy of the machine. How much would 290 lbs equal on a regular free weight bench? Also, what's the average bench press for a 16 yr old that is 5'7" and weighs 137 lbs? THANKS!

My hair is about a foot long from my chin when pulled straight. It is wavy and somewhat shapeless, and I plan on donating it soon. For prom, I wanted to wear my hair in curls similar to Miley Cyrus or Vanessa Hudgens. I'm concerned my hair will not hold curls well. When I curl may hair with an iron it works fine and lasts. I'm assuming it will too when a hairdresser does it. THANK YOU!

I was hoping on throwing my 15 (turning 16) year old brother a coed, surprise party. Do you think he would like it/appreciate it? He's an easygoing kid that wouldn't mind the surprise part but I'm not used to hearing a party being thrown for a guy.

Also, if we were to have the party, it would be in our house. Any suggestions on how to keep these kids occupied?

I was going to get a haircut but my hair is only about 2 inches away from the minimum 8 inch donation requirement. It's slightly damaged solely from heat. I can tell its damaged but other people say they cant tell. I'd rather know now if its too damaged rather then donate my hair only for it to be thrown away. Maybe a picture would be helpful?

After about 10 minutes in the ocean, i get a bad pain in the bottom of my head right above my neck. if that doesn't hurt, my ears do.the pain usually subsides after a half hour or so. why does this happen? does it have to do with the temperature of the ocean vs the rapid change in temperature of my head? i cant figure it out? please help! thanks!
