I have an oldish HP laptop. It s about three years old, but until three or so months ago its been running at near top noch level (for its components). I updated the machine from Windows 8.1 to 10 and it completely killed it. I mean it destroyed it. Immediately upon booting it up for the first time I could see there was a problem. Where the computer used to boot up in 30 or so seconds, it now takes at least ten minutes. It goes slower in literally every aspect of its performance now, its borderline unuseable. The only thing that I could think changed it was Windows 10. Did this happen to anyone else? Or would anyone be able to point me in the right direction? Thanks for the help in advance.

I want to study at a college thats pretty far out of my budget. I want to go there because they have a very good music program (just an example so its easier to explain). To be able to afford to go there, I want to do is study one or two years at a cheaper college and then transfer into the more expensive one. The problem is, the cheaper college does not offer a music major at all. Would that be a problem when transferring? Or could I just take all of my required courses at the cheaper school? I was moving some files around and I quickly moved one to the desktop for a second to hold it there. When I went back it wasnt on the desktop anymore. It also wasnt where I had taken it from. I searched the computer for it, nothing. Does anyone know how to recover the files? Thanks in advance

Whenever I do shots or something, I always get a stomach ache but never get drunk. Is there a way to avoid feeling sick?

I usually do shots of hard liquor like vodka or jin, never tied anything like liquor and dont really drink much beer.

Last night I probably took a shot of vodka at least once every 10 minutes for two hours. It was only 35% alcohol, but I barely even felt a buzz after two hours. I never would, but I felt more than sober enough to drive. Over the two hours I ate two small pieces of pizza, some coke as a chaser and maybe a half bottle of water. Im no expert, but it seems like 15+ shots of vodka in two hours should get me pretty wasted (it did at least for the two friends I was with), and this happens every time I drink. Does anyone know why??

PS: When ever I do shots or something I get a fairly bad stomach ache before I get drunk, to the point were usually I have to stop. Again, dont get drunk, just feel sick. Anyway to avoid getting a stomach ache?

I have fairly long browinsh blonde hair, it dosnt get in my eyes or anything but its not straight down either, it kinda curves around. Kinda like beiber hair but in my humble opinion not as horrible (probably pretty close though). Im thinking about doing something different, any suggestions?

PS: If you could find a pic of what ever your talking about that would help. I think this is something kinda tough to describe with words.

So it seems to me there are only two major processor manufactures. Because my other post was taken down for copyright reasons, so lets call them Quintel and ABD. Quintel processors are more expensive, but they have also always been considered the superior brand. ABD processors are the cheaper alternative. Despite breaking the record for fastest processor, ABD is still considered second to Quintel. How can this be? Really the only factor I've ever looked at in processors is speed, so if one is faster, shouldn't it be better? And ABD is cheaper too. So why do people think Quintel is the superior brand???

I'm willing to spend a fair amount of money on them, but nothing too absurd. I have a pair of Beats and Sennheiser headphones already. To be honest, they have very very similar sound quality so don't say how 'Beats are terrible' or 'Never buy Bose'. Sooo I got Minecraft on the computer a while ago and I made a map and it was going fine until my friend came over. He got me very lost and now I cant get back to a place I built something. I even made the extra big map to see if it helped. It didn't. Any ideas?
