Whenever I stretch my back I always get light headed. It's usually when i'm sitting and I extend my arms out and up. My back and chest almost always crack when I stretch as well. Why would stretching make me light headed?

My 8 year old step daughter currently does intermediate gymnastics but is on the brink of being asked to step down to a basic gymnastics class because of her behavior. She will do things when she is not supposed to or NOT do things she is asked. She talks too much and lacks focus. If she is asked to do something she doesn't like, she doesn't try as hard. For example, she loves bars and excels at them but she is lacking in the flexibility department so when she is asked to do things that require flexibility she doesn't give much effort. She is constantly questioning decisions by adults and likes to push buttons. If the teacher tells her to stand on the white line, she will find a different white line and stand on that. Gymnastics requires discipline and drive, which she is lacking, and it is expensive and competitive, they do not tolerate this type of behavior. We do not want to pay for something like this if she chooses to behave badly and not focus. We are struggling because we want her to be involved in SOME sort of after school activity but with her behavioral issues, I'm not sure what would be beneficial for her. She has the tendency to show off and try to be the center of attention however, she doesn't take criticism well. At home, she enjoys doing arts and crafts but doesn't stay focused long. We are working with her and her school on her behavior. ANY ideas of any activities that might be suitable for her?

I work at an orthodontics office, there are 5 of us (1 Male-the orthodontist, and 4 females) we need ideas for group halloween costumes that are appropriate and would be recognized. We deal with kids ages 7 and up.

I need help! I know Halloween is a month away but if i need to order online, i need to do it soon! My boyfriend and are I having a hard time deciding what we want to be. Were going to be partying up at his college so were looking for funny ideas! All suggestions are welcome, thanks!

I am having my 25th birthday party with just my girlfriends and it is going to be Vampire themed because I LOVE The Vampire Diaries, True Blood, and Twilight. I am wondering if anyone has ideas for some fun games we can play?

I am turning 25 in 2 weeks and I am going to have a get together at home with just my girlfriends. I have some stomach problems so I dont do a lot of drinking (I do have a few drinks) so i dont really want to go out to the bars, I want to have a good time at home with friends. I am wondering what kind of theme I should do or what would be fun?

I love a variety of things as you can see so I am having a hard time deciding what would be most fun!

I write a newsletter for my work and in each issue we feature a department,and each employee in that department has a set of questions we ask. It is pretty laid back, examples of questions I have asked before:

"When you were 10 years old what did you want to be and why?",

"If aliens landed in front of you and, in exchange for anything you desire, offered you any position on their planet. What would you want?".

I am running out of questions to ask and need some ideas for new/fun ones!

I want to start a blog about TV shows, particularly shows on the CW, ex-90210 and The Vampire Diaries, since I watch them regularly. I am just not sure what I should call it.

There's so much to say and so little time. Well to make a long story short, my childhood was not the greatest. My parents were separated and there was a lot of alcohol abuse with both of my parents (and they did not get along well) and my brother physically abused me. Well when i was younger I had always felt that most of this was my mothers fault and my mother had a new man in her life who was number 1 and i was always put after him. That obviously created a very messed up relationship with my mom. I had severe anger problems through ages 12-16 and I remember just telling my mom I hated her all the time because i was SO angry. If i wasn't angry I was crying. I had to go on anxiety and depression meds and into therapy to get my emotions under control. In therapy a lot of stuff came up that pretty much had to do with my mother and so the therapist said we had to try to find the root of the problems. Well we did that and I do find now that I am not that angry person i was then and my mom and i DO have a better relationship now but I catch myself from time to time (especially when im upset with her) I get that anger back. I don't mean to, it just happens and after Ive spoken to her I feel awful. Then recently some things about the past have been brought up and i realized when i was about 14 (i am 24 now) i did something to my mother that I feel AWFUL about now. At the time I didn't think twice about it or her feelings but now knowing how her she was is KILLING ME. I feel like I am the worst child. I cant even think about it without crying. My mom says she forgives me for everything (which I do believe her) because she can understand how easily bad things can happen to you or change you. Shes so understanding which is what kills me more. I just want to make up to her all of the bad things I did. First I want to know why it is i find myself treating her like that? Shes very good to me now and i just catch myself giving her the attitude before its too late to take back. I am just looking for tips/guidance to anyone who has had a difficult relationship with their mother. How do you try to fix things when all the bad things are still somewhere deep inside? Therapy is not an option, we dont live close enough and dont have the same work schedules so it would be very difficult.

I appreciate any advice, tips, guidance!

I should probably also mention I didnt have a great relationship with my dad either and he passed away unexpectedly I am also full of regret for not fixing things with him. That is probably why things with my mother are much more emotional now.

Im having trouble finding books im interested in lately and need some help/advice

Im looking for books where the main characters are 18-30 years old, a love type story. Not all romance, some drama. I love nicholas sparks the notebook, the last song, a walk to remember. Stories like that.

Does anyone know any authors with similar type stories?

I am just wondering if anyone else has felt like this and found out they were pregnant..

My period was due on Friday, the 26th of February and usually I am RIGHT ON time. I also usually have very painful periods. Well I noticed a couple days before my period was due I was getting cramping, but it didnt feel like it normally does. (i am still having slight cramping) Usually before my period starts I get cramps on my right or left side, but this cramping is like right in the middle, like exactly where my bellybutton is but lower on my pelvis. It also doesnt feel as strong as my regular period cramps, kind of like pulling more. Im just curious if anyone else had similar feelings before they found out they were pregnant.

I'm not pregnant yet but I am curious to how high my chances of twins or triplets would be.

On my mothers side of the family I have twin uncles

My boyfriend has twin cousins (on his fathers side) and his cousin's girlfriend actually just had twins

and on his mothers side of the family his great-great grandmother had 22 children, which included were 2 sets of twins and a set of triplets, i believe.

I have jury duty coming up and my father in law said that my work should be paying me but a friend said they do not. I had trouble finding this information, does anyone know the answer or where I could look for this information?

I have a Gateway laptop and it would show in the bottom right hand corner, the battery level but since a few days ago its no longer there so I never know how much battery my laptop has left. Does anyone know how to fix this and put it back on the tool bar?
