Personally, I don't think it will, but I have had numerous people tell me for example: "I am making 10 an hour now, I can't wait to make 11!" and "Because I was given a .75 cent raise from 8.00 per hour to 8.75 per hour, my company is required to pay me 9.75 per hour after the wage increase" Is there any truth at all to these claims? Where are people even getting these ideas?

I think I may have found a major loophole in America's banking system.

I was trying to make a pair of bicycle headlights, I wanted both of them to turn on with one switch, so I wired the two led lights together in series. The two lights came out of two 99cent flashlights. Each took 3aaa batteries, so I wired the two battery packs together, hooked them up, both lights turned on and I was happy. I figured since I had 6aaa batteries putting out a total of 9volts I could just use a 9v battery, but both leds start smoking and burn out in a few second with the 9v. What happened?

I walked into work yesterday and it was like that scene in Dick and Jane where Jim Carrey walks into Globodine. I find out my restaurant went bankrupt, and the boss tells me no last paychecks for anyone . Isn't that illegal? I don't want to get angry about it now, because there is a chance it might open back up in two weeks, but if it doesn't what is the best way to go about getting my last paycheck?

I want to make my money work for me. I've considered buying a mobile home and renting it out. Any other ideas?

I know the klan was originally founded by southern democrats in response to reconstruction, but I was just wondering what ticket they belong to today. I live in california. I noticed an interesting sign in a parking structure for a mall. The sign said something like, "If you park here you are agreeing to only park here for 20mins, if not you will pay a fee, if you dont' agree with this contract please don't park here" Is this "contract" really legally binding?

I work as a delivery driver for a restaurant in a mall. The only convenient parking for me is in the 20 zone, however, I'm often there a little longer than 20mins, the mall security has been leaving me these tickets that say "not issued by a government agency" on the bottom of them, so I haven't been paying. Today they left a hand written note on my car saying that if i ever park there again i'm going to get towed. NOT COOL. I've been parking there everyday for a year and its been no problem, they only started writing me tickets recently, (new management or something). Anyway, I figure that because they have no idea who I am, all i need to do is change my plates and i'm home free. Does the DMV give out new random plates? Or do i need to make some kind of excuse like they were stolen? I know i could get a personalized plate, but i don't want anything recognizeable,

when i try to rate up or down it says rate as Yahoo, Google, or Facebook. When I click Yahoo it makes me enter my yahoo password every time i want to thumbs up, same with google and facebook, how can i fix it so i don't have to enter my password every time i want to give a thumbs up?
