  • What smells do cats not like?

I have 2 very cheeky cats who jump everywhere and who have broken some valuable and special stuff.

We can't close the door to that room because the door won't close properly, and they know how to open doors anyway.

What scents do they not like? I heard somewhere that suchandsuch scent liquid they don't like and will stay away. Although I forgot the name and scent!

What scents will they keep away from and if possible, will not destroy wood, or stain material such as carpet?

    Thanks!

  • What's wrong with my legs? Are they normal?

So when I was younger, around 9-10 ish, like usual girls that age, I was investigating and trying out a shaver razor for women's legs. Since I was that young and not supposed to be using it, no one had told me yet that with razors you need to shave them with moisturiser, shaving cream or in the shower.

So I just shaved my legs when they were dry and just normal.

afterwoods I got these red spots on the outside of my calf, from like my ankle around one third of the way up my shin. They didn't hurt, they just looked funny. They were flat and not raised, they were a bit dryer, but with some moisturiser they were normal feeling again.

Now that I am 13, I still get them, just when I am in the shower and out of the shower, when the weather is hot or when the skin has gone a bit dry.

It does not hurt, and thankfully in the past 3 years it has gone down to a more mild thing so it's less noticeable. The skin I think just feels like normal skin, its just tiny little round spots. They are flat its just like the pattern of the skin or something.

I'm just wondering what it it, will it eventually fade away completely, and yeah. I don't need a doctor, it's just a strange pattern of skin.

Also, when I'm in heat or the sun too long it goes quite dry and in really hot weather it looks like little flat scales.

(With moisturiser it looks normal again it's just a pain to put it on several times a day)

I'm not concerned, I just want to know more about it :)

    Thanks :)

  • Why did my question mysteriously delete?

SO I just asked a question, and it was just for fun, like what's the weather like where you are right now. You know, just for fun and stuff.

I asked it like 3-4 minutes ago and I was just checking my questions list to see if anyone had answered, but the heading was grey and it had deleted next to it. I can't open it either.

I didn't delete it, it just somehow deleted itself. Or someone else deleted it i don't know.

Please tell me what went wrong, was I like going against a privacy rule? Is it a rule that you are not allowed to ask what the weather is like?

    help.

    Thanks

  • What is the Pink Pantha Movie Keyboard Notes?

I'm just fiddling around with my keyboard and I discovered that C, C#, D, D# at the deep sounding end (sorry I've literally just started learning, if there is a special name for the deeper sounding side, please tell me:) ) and it sounds like Pink Pantha Movie song!

So i thought it would be pretty cool if I could learn how to play it properly, the whole thing.

So if you know the notes (LETTERS PLEASE) Please tell me! The other ones on the internet are I think for the old TV show Pink Pantha, not the movie...idk

So yah, it's the one like dedededer, de...dededer, de

    cheers

  • Please help me on how I should study!?

hi, I have school exams in a few weeks which are the big ones because our school reports are based on them.

I really need to study, but as a year 7 (first year highschool, I'm 13. I'm not american so don't correct me.) I have never needed to study before, so I don't exactly get what do to. My parents just tell me to read my workbooks but surely that's not all, I still can't remember the stuff...

Also I keep on getting distracted. A lot.

Please give me some study tips so I can get good grades!

    :) Thankyou

  • How to stop my cat from meowing?

I have a young cat, and he and his mum are only allowed outside at night when it is properly dark (safety because people can't see them). My young cat gets extremely excited about the thought of going outside, even when it is still light and he knows he has to wait a bit.

He just goes around the house meowing at the top of his lungs and comes for cuddles and nudges and tries to get you to follow him to the door and let him out. But we can't let him out when it is still day because it is too dangerous, once it is night, the door is opened and they can both run out and go on their outside daily adventure. They don't go far, but it's too dangerous for them if they go to the neighbours or on the reserve. At night if they do wonder over there, at least they can't be seen because it is dark and there aren't any lights. I'm not worried about the road, because they are both petrified of the front yard and cars.

I don't mind him meowing wanting to go out, as it's normally only 30 minutes until it's safe enough, but if there is any way to make him quieten down a bit...

I love him dearly so I am not letting him out in the day.

(the other cat is really quiet and calm so she's ok meowing wise)

I also do use a leash if he persists in the middle of the day, except recently I've been very busy getting work done so he has to wait until night.

  • How do I fill up water balloons?

So I bought a pack of 200 water balloons, but there was no little pump to fill them up with water. My sister said it was strange because they normally provide it, but then again we haven't bought water balloons in a few years.

I can't fill them up from the tap because our tap is a flat one so the balloon nozzle doesn't fit around it. The water just pours out anyway, not expanding the balloon.

I have tried a syringe (without the needle of course) and it is very very hard and took me a very long time to fill up one water balloon. Because I had to fill the syringe, squirt it in the balloon which I had blown up, then I had to hold the balloon nozzle tight so the air wouldn't come out and refill the syringe and so on.

I am also unable to go out and buy a water balloon pump.

    Any ideas??

P.S. Water bottles and funnels also dont work...

  • My cats are mother and son, but do they realise this?

Ok, so I have 2 cats, which are mother and son. The son will turn 1 in late October. The mother turns 2 in early October.

They get along really well, they play fight, sometimes getting a little bit rough.

They eat from seperate bowls, but share water bowls and they are very happy to use the same litter box as they have been since the son got toilet trained.

So my question is, do they actually realise or remember that they are mum & son? Because he is way past the milk feeding and learning the life lessons off her. So do they actually know that they are related or that he is hers? Or are they just good friends and don't remember how they became friends?

I am really curious and I am just thinking about it now as they are asleep together and cleaning eachother's ears.

    thanks

  • I DON'T HAVE WIFI IN MY BEDROOM AND I REALLY WANT IT!!?

Ok, so I don't have wifi in my bedroom, and I REALLY REALLY WANT IT SO BAD!!! The actual wifi/internet box is downstairs. But of course I wouldn't be allowed to bring it up or anything, because it's all attatched everywhere. WHAT DO I DO! I would really like to be able to have wifi in my bedroom! Thing is, I have my own study, and that has full internet connection, but I would like to have it in my bedroom so I can talk to people even after I have to go to bed :( Thing is I told my Dad that it's sad that I don't have wifi in my bedroom and he said it's probably for the best because I would be up all night on it and not get any sleep.

But I REALLY want wifi! I can't get a portable stick or something, because you have to pay for the internet you use and I have to re-top it or whatever.

Also, I can't use the mobile network on my phone because I get next to nothing credit a year and it would waste all my credit :(

Basically, is there any sort of cheat way to make the wifi extend longer?
