Im a gay male mid 20's.... one of my friends that is a girl, likes me. A lot. I am closeted gay (well not anymore since Ive posted this) but none of my friends or family know I'm gay. I've told her that we are just friends and that it would never work out but she keeps insisting we try. I would rather not tell her that I'm gay.... Should I?

registered my car in January 2010 in Arizona when I moved there from St. Louis, Missouri. My car had been registered in Missouri, of course, before Arizona. I paid the vehicle license tax (which is basically their version of personal property tax) that was for the year 2010. My lease is ending and now I am purchasing the car outright. The dealership has sent me a personal property tax bill that they are saying I need to pay for St. Louis County is Missouri for the year 2010 (they say the vehicle was registered as of January 1st there, which is the case) apparently they wont pro-rate and they expect me to pay this.

So the question becomes: Do I have to pay both state's taxes? I can't believe that would be the case since the car was not in Missouri at all for 2010. I've tried getting an explanation from the County collector's and they could not give me a reason beyond the January 1st date.

HI. I have an older Toshiba maodel laptop and I am getting into photography. I have Adobe Photoshop but it is a little too advanced for me at this point. I am looking for a more simple program that I can edit photos with backgrounds, type, borders, etc. I was wondering if Toshiba has created a photo software program or maybe if you know of another program that may be helpful to me? Hi. I am trying to figure out all the bells and whistles of Adobe Photoshop CS 3 and I feel like I am missing a lot by teaching myself. Hi! I need help in finding a cam to cam program or web service. I have tried yahoo's and skype's service but i would like to be able to increase the size of the screen. I am finding it hard to describe, forgive me! Basically, I would like the picture and video of the person that i am looking at to be MUCH bigger. hopefully something that can cover the whole screen but will still allow me to type if i need to. any suggestions appreciated. thanks!

i had requested the 2 DTV coupons from the website dtv2009.gov and was approved the 23rd of december. it said that it was to be mailed on the 5th of January and it could have a mail time of ten days... Well, it's the 26th now...Anyone else not receive their coupons yet?

think about it, if the government uses the money that they may give to the auto industry as a bailout to instead buy cars from these automakers for everyone in the country, wouldnt that solve a lot of problems? it would give the auto makers more capital, everyone would have transportation, people would no longer have car payments, mechanics would see an increase in work, more insurance, and so on and so on. I am no economist by any means but it seems like it could work.. your thoughts?

so we are driving less. Good! that means less oil and gas to be used. right? today (wed july 30th) the department of energy says that America's supply is "suprisingly decreased" if we are using less, how are we still losing more?

fannie mae and freddie mac, two of the largest lending companies had to ask for government help now... stocks and investments of banks are falling. of course, they could always rebound, do you see this happening any time soon? what is your opinion on what could happen if all our american banks lose more money than they can gain? just wondering what you think ; )

i'm glad they have all this extra cash to do this... wait, isnt it OUR tax money? or is it just china's, india's, the middle east's.... either way im pretty sure the stupid lenders use the smae money that the fed supposedly has... right? please! correct me if i am wrong!!!

i enjoy dressing "business casual", "smart casual" etc., i have looked in magazines such as GQ, men's health, maxim, etc and the styles they show are always so expensive. i am limited to funds and wonder how others deal with the same problem.

which would help "stimulate" the economy more, a $600 tax rebate or the government controlling credit card companies and their variations of interest rates and outlandish fees?

if people are so caught up in beliveing in a "creator" and spending all their thoughts and energy into lettting some "god" give them guidance, wouldnt you think that we are missing out on a lot of free-minds and creative thinking? i mean if half the "believers" would spend half the energy on doing something productive that they do in following their religion, just imagine the possibilites and advancements that could be made.

it's just a thought. ; )

imagine if you were raised without any outside influence -- meaning the only thing that you ever knew was how to eat and talk and sleep and your parents nor anyone else ever mentioned a religion and you never knew anything about it. for one what do you think you would think of? would you make up your own religion you think? if any of the beliefs of afterlifes were true, if you dont know any better what do you think would happen to you?

if you could kindly list the reasons you feel, believe, imagine, and/or any reason why you have the religous/faith/non-faith/etc. beliefs that you do and what "catagory" i.e. catholic, jewish, athiest, dieist, islamic, etc. you would place yourself in (even though i hate catogorizing) i would like to see just how many differnences or similarites there may be wondering yahoo answers and why people feel the way they do. thanks.
