I've been under a huge amount of stress at work lately.I've been having some issues and this has been going on for the last 3 weeks.I will have what can only be described as a feeling of a muscle spasm at the base of the front of my neck almost in my chest.It's not painful just annoying.I have become light headed,have had floaters in my eyes that obstruct my vision anywhere from a few seconds to 15 minutes.I feel short of breath when I am forced around a group of people.I don't have chest pains per say but I have pain around my left side of my chest in addition to muscle pain all over.I work 60 hours a week at a stressful job that demands allot of labor.I have had anxiety issues in my past and was wondering if these symptoms are just stress and anxiety panic attacks,or something more serious? I go back to my doctor in Feb. but am curious to get some opinions..thanks.!

I'm in a situation where I know of an American living in Mexico (Cabo) who is drug trafficking,getting drugs from Thailand,Various places and using his home base in Mexico as a stopping point to do his dealings.He also has been drug trafficking stuff to California.This person is an American who works a vanilla job doing "Time share sales" and lives in this huge million dollar house.Long story short,is there a way to turn him in? How would I go about doing this and whom would I contact? I would like to remain anonymous for fear of retaliation.The only reason I'm getting involved is because he has abused an elderly friends mother and I would like to see him get caught for at least the drug dealing.

I've never lived in TN,I have lived in Texas and Oklahoma.Right now I live in Bend,Oregon.I'm seriously thinking of selling my place and moving to Knoxville.I would like to know more about the city,good parts,bad? Job market? I'm a journeyman meat cutter by trade but have done lots of jobs.I'm just seeking some opinions and information.Thanks :)

So I had recent bloodwork and was told I have too many red blood cells,normal range 47,he said mine was 49 and the doctor wanted more blood work done to see what's going on.He wanted to test for Lukemia which really alarms me and I really don't understand why he would do that? What's your opinion of having a slightly higher red blood cell count.I was suppose to take a daily asprin but haven't been taking care of myself in reguards to taking asprin,eating correctly and avoiding alcohol,whould any of these contribute to my higher red blood cell count?

so I have to take 0.5 ml of medicine and inject it inter muscular with a needle.I've never done this before and my doctor is more than 3 hours away.I have two questions.

One,the dose is 0.5 ml so is that the 1/2 mark below the 1ml mark on the syringe? and two I need advice on the best way to do this,which will be in my right thigh.The doctor gave me a booklet thing but I'm still a little confused on this all and just looking for some advice.

So this dream has bothered me since I had it the other night.

I dream that I am in a wooden house and there is someone else in the house with me but not sure who it is.I only remember bits of this dream but there is a hole in the floor and I try to look under the house and there is someone with a machete or some kind of sickle under the house trying to swipe at me from the hole in the floor.I run around trying to avoid the person and machete but they keep swiping at me and I know they want to kill me.

It bother me so much,I thought I would ask...what is this about?

I seem to keep having them this week.

Tonight I had a dream that I was in Africa and was walking through these buildings with this little girl,who I knew was sick but she kept walking me through these buildings with mirrors all over and the mirrors were very dirty but what was worse,the floors were bloody,there was blood all over the floors and I was upset cause I looked down and noticed I had no shoes on so I kept trying to walk around the blood but kept stepping in it and I didn't want to offend the little girl who was walking me through the buildings.

The entire time she didn't say anything to me,just kept showing me the rooms..The tile was white on the floor but again everything was very dirty and blood all over the floor.

So,I had this dream that really bothered me.I dreamed I was driving a car and the car went off the road and I fell off a cliff and as I was falling I knew I was going to die when I got to the bottom.I said to myself as I was falling "Grandparents here I come" Thinking I was going to die right then and there and see my Grandparents.I was upset I was going to die and panic cause I didn't get to do the things I wanted in my life..then hit the ground and woke up in a black room with someone I didn't know telling me I wasn't dead yet,just resting.What the heck?

so I had this dream last night which is still bothering me.I dream there is this man in a robe and he is asian and he is pointing out strips of paper to me and then the paper catches on fire if I try to grab them to look at it.The next thing I know I am sitting on the edge of the water watching a giant wave while this man laughs at me.Any idea? very odd indeed and bothers me enough to ask.

My doctor gave me 50mg of Tramadol to take.Normally it's 2 a day,He said they work better with other over the counter pain meds,so I took the Tramadol and half an hour later took 2 excedrin.I had the most awful stomach pain imaginable.Is it not good to mix these two,I'm thinking this is what caused the pain.It's happened twice now but when I take the Tramadol alone,I have no stomach pain.Can these two not be mixed?

When I try to turn on my computer and monitor they don't power up,the green lights turn yellow and then the computer starts making a loud sound like a jet engine and lots of air blows out of the back of it.I opened the computer up and the jet engine sound seems to be coming from a small metal box at the back of the computer,not the actual fan itself.When I open the computer.turn it on and off a few times the noise stops and it finally powers up and works fine...I'm going to take it to best buy in the near future but was curious if anyone knows what it could be or if it is something more serious I need to worry about..I have a Dell,pentium2,optiplex,gx280...I'm not computer savvy but have only had this computer about a year..Thanks.

I often have dreams about (and had it last night) where I dream I am trying to get stuff out of my mouth.I dream I am pulling grass out of my mouth but I never get it all out...grass,seeds,dirt...and then I wake up...but in my dream I struggle to get it all out and never get it all out...what could it mean?

I posted this in a few places cause I wasn't getting any bites..

I moved to Bend Oregon about 3 months ago.I moved here cause my step mom lives here and needs help (she is like a real mom to me)

I moved here from Texas,where the neighborhood wasn't so great but I really could afford to live there.Now,I'm in Bend,having a hard time finding full time work and I can't afford to live here with the high cost of utilities and food.

I also have a judgment against me which they will start collecting on soon.(Texas does not allow the collection of debt by garnishee wages)

I'm debating on whether to save my money and go back to Texas,or make the most of it here.I'm confused and would love some feedback from others on what you would do!!.Thanks for your time!

I've got the patio chairs out and ready to go!

I was bored this evening and looked up all the sex offenders in my neighborhood.I found out the old man who lives next door to me is a register sex offender for molesting little girls.He's on probation after a sentence.The guy is about 70,lives with his wife.They are both very friendly and even invited me in for coffee one afternoon.I felt he was odd but never thought anything of it.However,now I feel very strange and now that I know he's a "chester" I don't quite know how to deal with it.I know I can't stop saying hello,or being friendly but a part of me wants to just rip his head off cause of what he's done to children.I tend to be protective of children as I grew up in an abusive home.How would you deal with this neighbor as far as,would you still say hello or would you just totally ignore this monster? Am I being stupid about this?
