My 10 year old passport has the physical photo laminated into the passport. I seem to remember seeing a recent passport and the photo was scanned and printed in the passport itself. I only ask because inkjet photos are not really suitable for laminating but they should be fine for scanning. Please assume I already understand the composition and format requirements for a passport photo.
