Since Newt's can regenerate body parts, can Newt regenerate his conscience?
Limb regeneration in newts occurs in two major steps, first dedifferentiation of adult cells into a stem cell state similar to embryonic cells and second, development of these cells into new tissue more or less the same way it developed the first time
And since this involves stem cells , don't we have to stick to the 59 or so strains that are already in existence?
And won't the new conscience be genetically identical to the old one?
Doesn't that mean he's doomed to divorce Callista?

2 AnswersNotices and Errors1 decade agoHow many members of the Bush administration does it take to change a light bulb?
1. One to deny that a light bulb needs to be changed;
2. One to attack the patriotism of anyone who says the light bulb needs to be changed;
3. One to blame Clinton for burning out the light bulb;
4. One to arrange the invasion of a country rumored to have a secret stockpile of light bulbs;
5. One to give a billion dollar no-bid contract to Halliburton for the new light bulb;
6. One to arrange a photograph of Bush, dressed as a janitor, standing on a step ladder under the banner: Light Bulb Change Accomplished;
7. One administration insider to resign and write a book documenting in detail how Bush was literally in the dark;
8. One to viciously smear #7;
9. One surrogate to campaign on TV and at rallies on how George Bush has had a strong light-bulb-changing policy all along;
10. And finally one to confuse Americans about the difference between screwing a light bulb and screwing the country.
Fact or Fiction?
17 AnswersPolitics2 decades agoWill some of you who have characterized bush as the lesser of two evils vs. kerry, please explain to me how?
Kerry is evil? No rhetoric please, just facts!
If you're planning on rehashing the Swift Boat veteran's nonsense, don't bother. Even wikipedia (dedicated to Non point of View) has debunked that one http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swift_Boat_Veterans_f...
10 AnswersPolitics2 decades agoDoes it bother anyone that both kerry and Bush are members of skull & bones?
I always knew about bush, but finding out that kerry was inducted into S&B two years before dubya just has a very eerie feel to it.

8 AnswersPolitics2 decades agoWhich is worst, blasphemining the prophet or killing innocent people?
While my first reaction was "get a life!", I kept on thinking the past few days, maybe the "danes" and everyone who republished went too far. But here's another perspective: Why is the # of outraged Muslims in regard to this supposed blasphemy SO MUCH GREATER than the # of Muslims that are outraged about Al Quaeda- 9/11, Spain, London, Bali, Tunisia, Istanbul and Hamasin Israel, etc. etc.? The funny thing is the same ones that HAVE stood up to say theat terrorism is an outrage have urged forbearance, while the many who are outraged are in the same groups that danced in the street on 9/11. Maybe those screaming should look in the mirror instead of out the window!

iraq, katrina, domestic spying, econonomy and on and on

there is significant evidence that the scope and scale of the manipulation, suppression, and misrepresentation of science by the Bush administration is unprecedented.

9 AnswersLaw & Ethics2 decades agoHow I do I break my compulsive addiction to Yahoo answers?
6 AnswersOther - Business & Finance2 decades agoIs it lost cause trying to use "answers" as a forum to defend truth, justice and the American Way?
I have tried to respond insightfully to many issues in attempt to open the eyes of those of you that are not so entrenched on the right or the left as to be utterly hopeless? I 've also been sarcastic occasionally, answered some practical questions etc.
Read through some of my answers on religion & politics etc. and tell me if you think there's a chance that maybe I have influenced any one to open their eyes, or is this a lost cause? Am I just addicted to the sake of answering for its own sake?
It's certainly not for the points :-)

1 AnswerOther - Business & Finance2 decades agoDo you believe in Demons? have you met one?Are you Christian?
Not ever having met a demon or knowingg anyone else that has, it strikes me as rather strange how many christians in the thread http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AoLQL...
believe that this woman/girl is experiencing demonic possession. What is interesting, however, is that many seem to believe that she must have sinned to bring it on. I would tend to think that this is her own subconscious reacting to the brainwashing she recieves at her "fire and brimstone " church . What do you think?
