I am a parttime photographer at a retail store. I only work about 20-24 hours a week. They've had a problem with me ever since I've started because I can only work certain days--I'm a stay at home mom the rest of the time. I've been working at this company for a year and a half and 12 people have quit at my studio. I feel like I'm being discriminated against. I am the only one my boss bothers about my schedule, sales, and other various things. And obviously I'm a loyal person and a damn good photographer, I just love what I do.

He claims that the DM is going to cut an hour of my pay because she saw no reason why I was at work past my scheduled time. I WAS WORKING! I don't think it matters, I'm not getting overtime wages and I've never been told it wasn't okay to work past my scheduled time. I told him it was against the law to take away an hour I actually worked. I am going to call the EEOC tomorrow and file a complaint. What would you do?

Any cleaners or household remedies are what I'm looking for.

I am not hiring someone to do it for me.

Our house is new construction from three years ago. We have an outdoor air conditioning unit. Everything was fine until the other day. We've been having very dry conditions in our area and then it started pouring rain and that's when my boyfriend notice about an inch of ice around the pipe connecting to the house. The air conditioner hasn't cooled our house since and it's burning hot in here... help!

I'd like any information on what the problem is and also a quick fix without calling a repairman. Thanks.

Just want to know what no hay igual means and the general concept of the song.

First of all, my new construction home in Indianapolis, IN worth about $160,000 looks better than some of the shacks I see on these million dollar houses on tv. How can people afford these homes? What do these people do to afford them? Is the pay that much better in other areas or are people in over their heads?

I don't get it!

About four six years ago I financed a car loan and by the third year into it owing about $3000 I stopped paying on it because it was a piece of crap. It had lots of problems and I couldn't drive it. The car dealer gave me a bad deal because I had no established credit.

I never filed bankruptcy, I just dumped the car somewhere and never paid on it. So obviously because of this I have bad credit.

I've never received a credit report (because of procrastination) so I don't know how low my score is. But could someone give me some advice on how to regain good credit if noone will approve my credit applications?

I definitely smelled a harsh chemical (like a cleaning agent) outside a home tonight. I live in a nice neighborhood and don't want this around our kids. What do you think?

Is there a website you'd recommend?

The fabric is a cotton denim and white stripes (like train conductors wear). I've tried washing it on the gentle cycle in cold water and that made it all turn blue. Any ideas of how to keep the colors separate? Or maybe suggest a website with answers.

Does it offend you when people say the phrase "that is gay", when they are talking about something they don't like? If it doesn't offend you, then does it affect you in any other way?
