My recipe has the following:

1 each

Chex Rice Cereal

Chex Corn Cereal

Chex Wheat Cereal

Cheerios (Original kind!)

Bag of Pretzel Sticks

2 cans of Deluxe nuts (NO peanuts! Lots of pecans, cashews, brazil nuts, almonds)

And then the recipe for the "Sauce" that starts each batch.

I've been eating about a can a week! Can't get enough of them. I'm working on losing weight, lowering my blood sugar levels and dealing with extreme pain from two herniated disks in my back. I don't think it's the medicine. At least the doctor doesn't say it is. Hmmmmmmmm. Any help here?

I have to pull a portion of the dash out to replace the headlight switch. I already have the part. Now, I need to know how to do the change!
