i got up last night and was shaking sweating and it was like i was...well on drugs...i tested my sugars and it was 44 tested the meter and it was ok!! so how low can u go and what are the symptoms of getting to low. could the test strip have bin bad?

i have high blood pressure and am a diabetic. my vision is relay getting bad, do i go to an eye dr. now or later when it settles down?
