Here is the ruse. They will not let us use any unused vacation time to make up the balance of 40 hours. Is this even legal? ex: I work 33 hours and use 7 hours vacation. Now its straight 33 vacation or worked time no more.

I got into a fight with my girlfriend (verbal) and she threatend to call the cops knowingly i am a firefighter. I pulled the phone off the wall while she dialed 911 and they charged me with a misdemeanor 4 domestic violence threat of violence. How bad is that? Also whats worse a misdemeanor 1 or 4 how does the scale work?

I recenly recieved a misdemeanor 4 charge in ohio for domestic violence in ohio. I have never had any other criminal charge against me. Whats type of punishment am i looking at. I did not hit or touch the female in question and i am an upstanding member of community.

My girlfriend just purchased a home. I put money into the house and pay half the mortgage.
