Selling a pistol w/ Clark County Nevada Blue card to a friend in Florida. What is the legal method to send him the pistol? Since Fl does not regulate the transfer/ownership of handguns, I would like to copy my card and include a brief bill of sale noting all my pistol registration info and the buyer name and address. Is it still legal to ship the slide and the receiver in 2 separate boxes?

Is a FFL required? If so are they required on each end? Really trying to save him some money where it is legal. I know sending ammo is legal if a FFL ships but in a locked pistol case you can fly ammo to any state.

Does federal law have additional rules for transferring inter state??

I have wondered what the individual area scores mean and which score is the best reflection of overall intelligence?? if there is in fact such a score. What is the catagory / rank for a score of 58 for the AFQT Group III.. What is the highest score possible in any or all catagories?
