  • Easy route from Reno to Seattle. NO FREEWAYS!?

We are looking for a nice, slow paced and easy going route from Reno to Seattle. We are going to take our 1960 Ford Falcon, which is almost fully restored. It has a small 6 cylinder under the hood and a 2 speed transmission. So, it doesn't take kindly to freeway driving, (over 55MPH) or long steep grades. We are willing to take two full days to get there. Yes, we have a new vehicle. We just want to take the Falcon for an "adventure"! Any suggestions? Thanks!

  • Any auto-painters have any advice?

I just painted a car for the first time. I used the basecoat/clearcoat system. The clearcoat has dried and there are several insects that landed in the clear overnight. What is the next step? After I clean-up the bugs, what is the last step? Wet-sand then wax?

  • Pickles in your Tacos?

NO! This isn't a sexual question.

My wife likes to top-off her taco dinner with a sliced dill pickle right on top of the cheese. She says she's always eaten them like this. I think she's kinda wacky. Anybody else do this?

  • Do you think General Motors is going under?

I hear they are losing $24 million a day. Do you think they would ever move manufacturing to a foreign country? How would that affect customer loyalty?
