Looking at the top 10 that will be going on tour, do you agree that the AI producers kept Michael over Alexis last night in order to maintain a wider demographic for the summer tour? Don't get me wrong - I like Michael Sarver. I think he is a likeable fellow and because of his age and family status, I can relate to him more than anyone else on the show. But the fact is that Alexis was a stronger performer. With him on tour though, they will draw a much larger audience of working class men who identify with Sarver. I think that's why he stayed last night, and why he'll likely be eliminated next week.

For those of you who love how Adam Lambert sang "Ring of Fire" by Johnny Cash last night by "making it his own with his own arrangement," you do realize that all he did was sing the cover version done in 1990 by a punk band called Social Distortion, right?

Please stop comparing Lambert to people like David Cook. Cook took songs and recreated them on his own to change the sound. Lambert doesn't have half the talent...

A friend has recommened the P90 fitness program from beachbody.com to me. I want to hear from some people who have experience with it to tell me if it's a good program before I drop $70 on the material.

My specs: Male. 31 years old. 5'6", 270 lbs. I played high school football and ate generously to pack on pounds. Since I was lifting and running on a regular basis, when I graduated I was at 205 lbs. Since then, I've gone down the drain and packed on alot of extra weight. I am concerned about my longterm health and want to do something to effectively change my lifestyle.

Can you tell me from experience if this program would be beneficial? Thanks.

Now that Tennessee is 9-0 after a tough game with Chicago yesterday, do you finally acknowledge that the Titans are the real deal? I've heard arguments that they aren't good because of their passing game. Yesterday - Chicago shut down their rushing attack and Collins threw for 289 yards and 2 scores.

A southern belle was flying overseas on a first class flight. She sat in her seat and next to her was a very proper businesswoman with her laptop open working on a report. The young southern belle in an attempt to be polite began a conversation with the lady.

"Where are ya'll from," asked the belle with her southern drawl.

I am about to turn 30 in two weeks and am 5'6", weighing in at 260. I'd very much like to drop 60-80 pounds in order to be in better health, but have always had issues doing so. I recently read that adding whey protein supplements to your diet along with flax seed oil will boost your muscle development, which in turn will burn off the fat in your system (this of course goes along with healthy diet). My concern is that most of these protein powder shakes promote weight gain, which goes against my desired goal. Please offer educated advise.

I'm curious to see if anyone has played the new D2 by Top Flite yet. I have read reviews on this ball as well as talked with the local pro, and everyone is raving about it. The local pro even told me that it is equal to if not better than the ProV1. I will be trying them this weekend - just curious to see if anyone has any objective feedback to offer.

I've been playing online and want to try a live tournament, but don't want to commit more than a couple hundred dollars to the buy-in.
