My brother is 21 and working in a brewery. He has an iq of 138. He's very smart, but just doesn't have a clue as to what he wants to do with his life, but he knows he doesn't want to work at the brewery his whole life.

He enjoys geography and math. He would like to have a career working with either or both of those fields, but doesn't want to teach.

Can anyone think of something he could do with those?

why do people ask stupid questions on here that could be much more easily and reliably and quickly answered by a quick search on yahoo or google?

i want to go into emergency medicine. what are competive scores for the step one to feel pretty comfortable in applying for programs in e.m. (if it makes a difference, i am thinking about applying in the midwest- minneapolis's hcmc as number 1).

i had a boyfriend for a few years in the middle of high school. i'm 24 now, and no one has asked me out since. i'm not super hot or anything, but i'd say i'm cute. i'm pretty smart (i'm in med school and will be a doctor in two years). i think i'm pretty funny and fun to hang around (but it's kind of hard to judge something like that objectively). why haven't i been asked out since my high school boyfriend? we're talking eight years here. how embarassing.

atheists believe there is no god or higher power. they beileve everyone else is completely wrong. they also think they're open minded, and much more-so than anyone else around it (well, they don't say it, but they sure sound like they believe it by the things they say on here...). how is this being open minded? they're closed off to everyone else's ideas and they call them ignorant, illogical and idiots for believing in something that they don't personally agree with.

is this the height of hypocrisy?

have seen the south park episode about mormonism? after i saw it, i decided to do some research, mostly on the lds website to see how acurate it was. i was pretty shocked to see that it was incredibly acurate. they didn't have anything about joe's helper losing the plates, but it did say that some plates were lost so joe wasn't allowed to read from them again. and it never said anything about him reading them out of a hat.

so, is this episode offensive or are you able to laugh at yourself/your religion sometimes?

Like in The Royal Tenennbaums, Richie cuts all his hair off and shaved his beard. Then he cut his wrists. In Legends of the Fall, Susannah cuts two huge chunks out of the front of her hair and then shoots herself. What's the deal?
