heres the situation(i asked a similar question half hour ago or so) the starter was bad and the golf mower wouldnt start anymore, i noticed the battery cable was melted a bit. so i ordered another complete wire harness and cables, so in the mean time i just wrapped it up really good with electrical tape. i replaced the starter with another(had a working used one here) put the positive battery cable back on, then when i put the negative cable on it sparked a bit then i saw smoke coming from the battery cables melting more of the outer coating....what exaclty happened i need some help! thanks!

my start on one of our mowers seems to start the mower but it cranks slowly...i didnt start at first today so i looked at the battery cables to see if somethings wrong and the wire is melted...the outside rubber coating is melted that is(dont think the actual wire inside is melted...how do i repair the protective covers? electrical tape? replacing the entire wire harness?

im never really as sore as that first time you lift(wow even driving the car after that first workout was tough)

i been lifting for about 3 months now but i would like to reduce muscle sore even more. especially since being sore isnt good for the golf game and i have a huge semi-final match next month and i dont want to get out of workout routine either.

right now my tactics are drinking alot of watch to flush the acid thats in your system after lifting, and massages to break down that muscle acid.

any more tips that would help? again i'm on a great roll with my workout routine and anyone who knows workouts and golf knows how crucial it is to keep your routine the same and not break it and creat a lazy bad habit.

right now i just take protein shakes and multivitamins...i dont want like creatine or anything like that

what about double days...i know some people who work out in the morning and then at night..one does it with the same muscle group the other person doesnt.

what about circuits? where you do 1 set of every muscle group non stop no rest...then when you finish all of them you take a rest which completes one circuit.
