He used to be a totally outside cat (afraid of my two dogs) then 3 months ago, moved back into the house, getting over his fear of the dogs. He needs to drink water constantly and then his pee just comes right out of him,he doesn't even know it's coming. I have wood floors and I think I am finding all his pee and cleaning it up,but not completely sure. The vet said the cat could live up to a year longer. I can't put him outside again, because we have a dog door that we need available for the dogs all the time. I feel like it would be really cruel to put him to sleep, he actually looks fairly healthy. My husband doesn't want to spend any more money on him because he's so old, except if we put him to sleep. What would you do?

The contractor we hired said it wasn't necessary to get permits on his work. We believed him and proceeded to remodel our bathrooms. Somebody ( probably a contractor we didn't hired) reported our work to the city and they put a lien on our house until we take all the tile down and get permits. The job cost us $55,000. - taking the tiles down is not an option- we don't have the money. We had saved for the remodel. Is there a way around this to get the lien off the property?

The grocery store was out of brisket -the butcher told me corn beef was the same cut as brisket, all I had to do was rinse it then add what ever stuff (chili sauce and onion soup mix) to my crock pot to make a sweet and sour brisket. Wouldn't it still have a corned beef flavor?

It's one of those cats that should be brushed each day- but of course isn't. It's fur is super matted-to the point that i'n sure is very painful for the cat. What do we do? Can't catch it, I don't know where he hangs out all day. I've tried cutting the mats off but I end up really scratched up! What should I do?

I feel like I would feel more secure with no debt. My husband would like to invest it - so it will grow. I think we should take the money we usually use for the mortgage payments and invest that. (Automatically deduct it from our paychecks) We are both almost 50 years old and have 18 years left on our mortgage.

I charge him $200 less than what I could get from another, and he still misses rent payments. I let him do work on the house to make up for missed rent.

Unfortunately, I can not afford to keep this up. In fact, I really need to sell the house to pay for my children's college education.

Question- How much notice do I need to give this guy?

Several times I have trimmed it lower so he will have his view , but it keeps going fast. I love how large the tree is, but i feel bad that it blocks my neighbor's view. What would you do?
