Personally, I was involved in the Women's Movement, back in the day, started a group in my local community, with the help of other women and some men, in order to educate the community. We received support and assistance from various community leaders and organizations including the YWCA. We also supported women locally who were experiencing difficulties related to sexism. Lets hear some things that others have done, are doing or are planning.

I will agree we have come a long way in the USA for women. But there is farther to go yet. Sexism/discrimination is still widespread in areas such as women's health care, education, employment, etc. Personally as I am involvied in health care, I hope to contribue there. What area would you make a contribution? And or what would you do or like to see happen?

Many male chauvinists come on the Women's Studies site to angrily denigrate us. Of course that won't and doesn't stop us. As for me, it is just more fuel on my road to success! I am currently a doctor in training (medical school) fulfilling my childhood dream. So what are you doing? Post it here and further it bring it into fruition by the posting!

All men must first of all worship you. No ifs ands or buts. Next they must look very good at all times. I've seen some nice ones in South American countries and also in the Carribbean. Tell me where you think the best choice young men are. I want a young looking, muscular, no fat, with a full head of hair. One that will cook and clean for me and take care of the details of life I don't want to bother with. That old 40 something husband I got now is balding and has a fat pot belly and is lazy. Women look really good when they are round and chubby, like in pregnancy or maturity, but I won't tolerate it men!

As a perfect example of a human being, women need to keep their men in line. I have certain criteria for men in my life. Share yours with me and lets compare notes.

That's right...the so called Blessed Virgin Mary is really the Goddess Herself. She has appeared to many throughout the world. It is good for men too because they can stop all the violence and competition. The Goddess is about love, compassion, kindess and all sorts of self pleasuring and other pleasuring things....oh yeah! Let's face it. Women are far more superior than men in practically every way. But somewhere in the past, with brute force, men took over. They have messed up the world terribly. Isn't it time we took that away from them? It can't be all the hard, with their cave men mentality. Time women to start be selective about the men in your life. Time women to start setting up criteria for them and immediately dump them when they fail to measure up. Lets hear some good stories about this.

Anyone that can assist me with this please do. I am female and a doctor in training. It seems yahoo only allows male avatars to have a physicians uniform...females have only a nurses. Can I still put it on my avatar somehow? How? Also it only allows me to have brown hair or the pink spiky look. How come some have blonde hair, etc.

Yes, its true....whether you are middle aged or beyond, if you are financially independent you can easily get any number of drop dead gorgeous young men who will worship you. So much better than those old guys with their viagra, these guys don't need it!

Funny you say, but true....oh, isn't that what so many North American men are doing? So why not then?

Were you the only child of parents and other family who so adored you they granted your every wish? Did you grow up feeling better than others? Were you (are you) greedy, selfish, egotistic and used (or still do use) others as pawns in your life to satifsy whatever need you have at the time? But now, you have recovered from all of this. You began to realize that you are related to others, that you are like them. Most importantly, did you learn to realize to it is wise to be helpful and kind to others? If so, what made you change? How did you learn to stop being such a selfish mean and self centered person? Any particular event or circumstance? Or was it many things?

Check above question. If you provide an answer to the above question, you can get reported for spamming. When I have given people answers with websites that I am not remotely connected with nor make any money for, I get "reprimaned" by Yahoo with my answer deleted. Yet they continue to allow this question (as posted above)? I gave the same answer to that question and they reprimaned me and deleted my answer. Since I am a liberal/progressive and a feminist I wonder if that may have something to do with it? Any one else experiencing this? (Also they gave me 0 points for my last best answer. Another punishment?)
