16 AnswersPolls & Surveys2 years agoCan a anime ending before the manga that it's based off of hurt the legacy of the anime?
So if a anime ends and thus doesn't tell the whole story from a manga, can it hurt the legacy of the anime?
3 AnswersComics & Animation2 years agoWhich do you prefer: reading manga or watching anime?
I prefer reading manga since manga tends to have a lot more story elements than anime does.
4 AnswersComics & Animation2 years agoWhy do most Shonen manga don't usually focus on romance?
It's literally hard to find a Shonen manga that actually focuses on romance and does it right. Most romance in Shonen manga don't get much focus and is usually done bad.
3 AnswersComics & Animation2 years agoQuestion about Zatch Bell!?
Do you think that Makoto Raiku will ever create a one-shot Zatch Bell! (Konjiki no Gash Bell!! in Japan) manga someday that confirms that Kiyo/Kiyomaro ends up with Megumi, and Zatch/Gash ends up with Tia/Tio as either teenagers or adults?
I want to see Kiyo/Kiyomaro and Megumi get together someday really bad, and I want to see Zatch/Gash and Tia/Tio get together someday really bad too as either teenagers or adults.
It annoys me that the original manga series ended without Kiyo/Kiyomaro and Megumi getting together (despite them having feelings for each other), and it annoys me that the original manga series ended without Zatch/Gash developing any romantic feelings for Tia/Tio (since she had romantic feelings for him).
2 AnswersComics & Animation2 years agoQuestion about undeveloped romance in cartoons and comics and anime and manga?
When 2 characters that crush on each other (from either a cartoon or comic or anime or manga series) don't end getting together in the series that they are from, how come writers and authors will usually avoid giving an official statement on whether or not if these 2 characters will end up getting together someday?
It always seems like writers and authors will always avoid answering those type of questions.
1 AnswerComics & Animation2 years agoIf an anime ends before the manga that it was based off is finished, could it hurt the popularity and legacy of the anime?
So if an anime ends after an arc (that wasn't the final arc in the manga that it was based off), could the popularity and legacy of the anime forever be bruised from it?
4 AnswersComics & Animation2 years agoWhy do many writers of manga and anime make a love interest for a character, but nothing ends up happening them before the series ends?
It happens a lot in manga and anime that a character has a love interest, but that character and their love interest don't actually become a couple at all before the series that they are in ends.
So what's the point of a character being a love interest to another character if they are not going to end up together anyway in the series? If there is no plan for a love interest to get with that character, then they shouldn't have been made into a love interest in the first place. I really hate when manga and anime writers do that. It doesn't make sense that they do that.
6 AnswersComics & Animation2 years agoWhy did the North Tower collapsed on 9/11?
While I can understand why the South Tower collapsed (since it was hit far lower than the North Tower was and was hit more closer to the side), I just don't see how why the North Tower collapsed.
I believe the official story of 9/11, so I don't believe it was an inside job.
6 AnswersHistory2 years agoAre the concept of demons different in Japan compared to the ones in the United States?
Demons in Japanese anime and manga (like Yu Yu Hakusho and Inuyasha) are nothing like the way that demons are portrayed in American cartoons and comics.
Demons in Japanese animes and mangas seem to be more like monsters and wizards, while demons in American cartoons and comics seem to be more like devil-like creatures.
5 AnswersReligion & Spirituality2 years agoDo you think there will be a Zatch Bell! anime remake or reboot someday?
The original Zatch Bell! (Konjiki no Gash Bell!! in Japan) anime stopped before the manga version was ever finished, and so the original anime was never finished as a result.
The original anime stopped at episode 150 (season 3) during the "Faudo Arc", and so the "King's Festival arc" never got to see the light of day in anime form (which was a real shame).
Unfortunately because of the Faudo Arc being very different in the anime from the manga version, the anime most likely would have to be made from start again, so a remake or reboot would have to happen instead of just continuing from where the anime series left off.
I'm pretty sure the series creator (Makoto Raiku) was extremely disappointed that the anime was never finished and that the Faudo Arc was very different in the anime compared to the manga. And I'm pretty that he wishes that he could someday see a anime version of his creation that directly follows it from start to finish.
4 AnswersComics & Animation2 years agoDoes anyone else think that action scenes are better in animes than they are in mangas?
While I prefer manga over anime, I do however think that action scenes tend to be better in animes than they are in mangas, and that's due to the movements.
4 AnswersComics & Animation2 years agoDo animes help make the mangas that they are based off more successful?
Like of the anime is poorly made or stops before its manga counterpart is finished, can it effect the popularity of the manga?
4 AnswersComics & Animation2 years agoDoes anyone else hate it when 2 characters in cartoons or anime get build up as a couple for them to only not become a couple in the end?
I hate it when a cartoon or anime series ends without 2 characters becoming a couple (despite them being built up as one throughout the whole series). I mean why do writers even build them up in the first place if they not going to get together anyway?
6 AnswersComics & Animation2 years agoHave you ever had romantic feelings for someone and that person felt the same way about you, but nothing ended up happening in the end?
I had romantic feelings for this one woman and she also had romantic feelings for me.
But we couldn't get together at the moment due to how busy our lives were at the time.
We eventually lost interest in each other, and she eventually started dating and got married to another.
I sometimes wonder how different life would've turned out if we did ended up dating, what's done is done.

It seems like most anime and manga sequels usually replace the protagonist from the first series with a new one. Why is that?

6 AnswersSingles & Dating2 years agoIs it possible for someone to get a career in the entertainment business because of DeviantArt?
So if someone has a DeviantArt account, and they posted really good art on there and/or posted really good story ideas on there, is it possible for someone (who works in the animation and/or movie community) to contact that person on DeviantArt and help them become famous?
