Why do most Shonen manga don't usually focus on romance?
It's literally hard to find a Shonen manga that actually focuses on romance and does it right. Most romance in Shonen manga don't get much focus and is usually done bad.

Because Shonen is aimed primary at teen boys and young men who tend not to be into romance. The fact that it gets any time at all is as much as you could hope for. If you want romance, there are manga specifically that emphasize that.

Stories targeting a male audience are usually poorly written. Manga isn't my specialty (sorry!!!), but I love stories which involve naughty taboo forbidden romance.

Romance is Arranged, not natural, the productions are not for romantic dreamers, they are for hardened followers.
