  • Fleshy colord ulcer/ blister in back of mouth?

A couple of weeks ago, I had a small cold. Well a few days later I noticed I have a scratchy throat and I looked and there was this clear/pink/reddish blister/ulcer in the back of my mouth right before where my tonsils are suppose to be. I sore throat is gone. The blister/ ulcer doesn’t cause me any pain, I don’t feel it when I swallow. I don’t feel and lumps in my neck. It’s been there for 2 weeks now, with very little healing. I was just at the dentist for a routine cleaning a couple months ago and he screened for oral cancer and everything was fine. I do get cold sores every once in a while, and I have had one in my mouth before but it lasted maybe a week. Has anyone experienced anything similar? I’m 25 yo female, never smoked, not exposed to 2nd hand smoking and I rarely drink. I’ve searched all over the internet, and gone to the doctors and they don’t know what it is either.

  • Cramping in left ovary area and pressure pain on bladder?

I just ended my period and I continued to what it seem like dull achey cramps where my left ovary is. I ve also had pain in my hip, back and thighs. Well the last couple of days I ve noticed a pressure type pain in that area when my bladder gets full, especially first thing in the morning. When I try to pee, initially I have a sudden pain but then it goes away. I have no burning or cloudy urine. Have no issues with bowel movements. This has been going on for 5 days, the dull cramps started out constant, but now they just come and go. I have an appointment with my OB-GYN Friday, but just wondering if anyone else has ever had this? Every time I try to google, it tells me I have ovarian cancer, which is unlikely. I m in my mid 20 s and have a history of an ovarian cyst on the right, and lost my ovary because of it. I was 12, so I don t remember much of it.

I'm looking on the Internet and all I'm finding is things like cervical cancer. I've been vaccinated for the HPV. Are my symptoms definite symptoms of cervical cancer?

I re- download the game candy crush and I saw I had these gold bars (I don't know where they came from) but when I clicked on it after losing a level it would give me 5 extra moves; now Im curious if I actually purchased those moves. Is there a way that I can find out? I don't know how much it would be because I only see 10 bars for 0.99.

  • College professor taking students cell phone for 24 hours?

So this class I'm in this one day a week and today the professor said I she sees our phones it's hers for 24 hours. Now I know it's disrespectful which is why I always keep mine in my car so this will never be a problem for me it just caught me by surprise when I heard her say that. I think it's reasonable if she just took it until the end of class or tell you to put it was or even tell you to leave. Can she really take it for a whole 24 hours?

  • How to handle a rude/disrespectful co-worker?

I'm having a problem on how to handle a co-worker of mine. I work at a daycare, I'm the infant teacher and shes the toddler teacher. Let me note that this has been going on for about year or so. I really don't want to quit because I love my job and my co-workers except for this particular one. For some odd reason this worker of mine is very rude, and disrespectful to me and has an awful attitude towards me. She is only like this to me and NOBODY else! I didn't do anything and say anything to her. I'm professional and nice as I can be to her. Anything that she says to me is very snotty and snappy. It has got so bad these past few weeks that I actually dread going to work because I know I have to work with her. I've debated calling her out when she is rude to me or just go to my boss. Like I said this has nothing to do with my job; I love my job and I'm not quitting. I want some advice on how to handled this situation as to were we could be somewhat civil to each other.

  • A good flea and tick preventive for an 80 pound Alaskan Malamute?

I have a 80 pound Alaskan Malamute and he is 5 years old. We have always used Frontline plus on him but last summer towards the end he encounter 3 fleas! So now with the summer starting and it's very muggy where we live right now with all the rain; I haven't found any fleas yet. So I'm thinking of switching his flea and tick preventive (he's never had ticks) I've looked into K9 advantix I I but I was reading some of the reviews that had bigger dogs and they said that it didn't work for them. So I was wonder.ing if anyone with the same breed or a breed like the Malamute (with a thick coat) can give ideas on what kind of flea and tick preventive to try this summer??

  • Husband is getting out of the Army in June but the Army wants to send home to school in March?

My husband wants out of the Army and 3 months before his contract ends the army wants to send him to WLC. My husband doesn't want to go because he sees no point. Does it make sense that they would spend the money on him going to school when he's getting out 3 months later? Is there a point in sending him? The only information I have is that he's leaving for school in March and when he gets back he's supposed to start the process of getting out.

  • Can permanent retainer cause a metal look staining?

I've had a permanent retainer for 4 years and just recently been having problems with it, in the last month half of it has popped off. Well a couple days ago it popped off again my orthodox wasn't in the office that day is the dentist cut off the piece that came off. I brush and floss regularly I get compliments from my dentist and orthodox on how nice my teeth are, but I have a difficult time using the floss threaders so I don't use those as often. So when I got hone I notice that I had a black looking spot in between the teeth where the retainer was. I tried brushing and flossing it and it doesn't hurt, so I don't know if it's tooth decay or just a stain from the metal. I'm going to the ortho Tuesday to get it removed and get fitted for something I can wear at night, every time I go to get it re-cement it's 60$ I don't want to keep, paying that. I'm also a coffee drinker. Has anyone else experience staining from a permanent retainer?

  • Family Christmas photo idea?

My husband and I decided to take a family picture this year. This picture is going to consist of my husband and I and our dog. I'm having problems on what we are going to wear. I know we are all going to have Santa hats. I saw a cute silver white sweater that's kinda long, I was going to wear that with black leggings and boots with a red scarf. For my husband he doesn't dress up very much so I was thinking he can be in a long sleeve black shirt with jeans. I was also thinking about finding a red sweater that I could wear with the leggings and boots and have a white scarf with that. How would that look? Or should we stick with wearing the same color? And ideas would be appreciated.

  • Is constant cheating and beating on a women a mental illness?

Okay I am personally not in this situation. But my sister-in-law is. My brother and his wife have been married for almost 7 months. His wife caught him talking nasty to other girls, girls sending him dirty pictures, he sends dirty pictures. When she caught him he pushed her into a wall (now she is 20 weeks pregnant also) he yells at her, and is mean to her. He always threatens her that he's going to call a lawyer and divorce her. She is always crying and upset and doesn't know what to do. I'm going to call her tomorrow while my brother is at work. My parents want her to drive to their house and live with them for the sake of her and the baby. A little background information is that my brother has been doing cheating on his girlfriends with multiple girls since his pre-teen years (about 12 years old) and he used to beat on me. But I went to the counselors at our high school and they put him through anger management classes and it actually helped but now he's an adult it's happening again, the lying the cheating and getting angry. My husband and I are going to visit our family at the end of June and my brother will be in New York for work. I'm debating to either go get her or have her drive to my parents house while he is away. So my question is considering he has been doing this since he was about 12 years old could this be an illness? Or is my brother just an angry person? we all tried to talk to him but he doesn't want to hear it.

  • background check question?

I did paperwork for a background check for a job at a daycare on Friday, May 10th. and the daycare still hasn't got it back yet? I recently moved to a different state and been here for 6 months someone told me that if I changed my address in the last 5 years it takes longer. Is that true? and also could it be that I got married and recently changed my name?
