New York City5 years agoHow would I graph an ellipsoid on the ti 89?
For example, x^2/16+y^2/25+z^2/25=1
I tried doing +/- the function but it didn't graph anything. Also, it can only graph one function at a time so I can't just solve for z and graph both the positive and negative like I could for non-3D functions. If I can't do this via the normal interface, does anyone have a program to do this task?

I know not all refill inks are the same as they may vary in chemicals and thickness, but are all ink of the same brand the same (i.e. HP)? If they are not, are all the HP stationary cartridges the same (the ones where you need two printheads)? It seem like they all use the same type of ink.

For example, there is a 1 kg uranium 238 rock. My science teacher said that after decaying, there will still be 1kg of matter. Is this true? I always thought when something decays the particles are released, but he says the particles are trapped inside the rock.
