For 7 days now, i've had a constant dull headache. It's worse in the mornings and during the night.

I'm also constantly exhausted, I literally feel like I could go back into a deep sleep having been up an hour or two. Everyday this week when I have finished work at 5, I've just got straight into bed.

3 days ago, I also fainted after feeling hot then cold all day.

This morning i have woken up and thrown up pretty much straight away, twice.

It's been 45 minutes now and I have extreme nausea.

I have low blood pressure, and I'm not pregnant.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

I am a female who is 18 years old. ATM I am a size 10 (uk size) and i'm not sure about my weight but I am around 10st.

I want to be back down to a size 8 by summertime, preferably back to being around 8st.

I put on weight without even realising when I went on the pill, and then it hit me I had so i came off it and want to change my habits and lose weight!

Anyway, is anybody out there who could give me meal ideas etc or diet plans?

Thing is, i'm not a fussy eater but i do have a few allergies, and i don't like salad, and most diet plans on here involve heaps of salad. I like all other vegetables apart from salad!

I'm also lactose intolerable so if dairy can be avoided that would be great.

I'm also allergic to nuts.

I work in an office so lunch would have to be easy to make!

Also, I have joined the gym again and which exercises are the best for losing fat off my belly and thighs?

I'd really really really appreciate if anybody can help me out!

I'm being 110% serious here. I live with my mum, stepdad, brother and sister. Over the past 2 weeks someone has left a bag full of dog poo on my stepdads van windscreen wiper three times on separate occasions. This sounds so stupid and sort of funny but it's really not. Can anything be done about it? Like, I can't call me police and say 'Someone is putting poo on my car', but what can we do? Our family recently had a fall out with my stepdad's brothers family who lives on the next road, do you reckon it was something to do with them?

I passed my driving test a few weeks ago and I am currently saving up for insurance.

Anyway for as long as I can remember I have had the habit or staring into space for long periods of time. In my head I know I am doing it, but I just can't stop! It's very weird.

Anyway my question is, should I be driving if I do this?

Or how can I teach myself not to do this anymore.

I was together with this boy for 3 years from the age of 15 - 18. & I know people say you can't be in love at that age but in my opinion I truly was. It's been two years now since we split up, and I'm still not over him. I have no idea what it is about him but I just can't stop loving him. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy not being with him because we did argue a lot, but I still love him.

Anyway, me and my ex still talk because we live in the same area, and we bump into each other a lot.

When me and him split up, one of my friends was there for me. Because we were in college at the time so I went every weekday, she knew what I was going through and how hard it was for me because we spoke about it everyday.

Yesterday whilst having a catch up with one of my friends, who is one of my ex's best friends, he told me that this 'friend' that was there for me when we split up, had slept with my ex the other week.

Now this friend, has slept with over 40 people and she is only 19.

So I know that it wouldn't have meant much to her and would only have been sex. But I am SO hurt that she knows how much he meant/still means to me, as we were talking about it when we went on holiday together in July.

I am so hurt and feel so let down right now.

I'm not even angry or upset I don't think, I'm just very very dissapointed.

This girl was meant to be one of my BEST friends, and she slept with my first and only love, and didn't have the decency to tell me.

I'm not even bothered about him, because he cheated on me when we were together so I'm not surprised. But her? I just don't understand.

I thought she had more respect for me, because I have been nothing but a good friend to her for years.

I just don't know what to do and I feel so lost. Any advice?

I'm not an argumentative person so please don't tell me to have an argument with her, I will confront her, but I don't want a huge row.

I don't have the packets only the actual tablets. I took 2 Anadin for a headache around 30 minutes ago, but I also have a very blocked nose so would it be okay to take a Sudafed aswell, now?

My friend has lived with her mum for all her life (she is 17), and then her mum got a new boyfriend who started to hit her. & her mum kicked her out for "lying" about it so she went to live with her dad who she had minimal contact with growing up. Anyway, long story short - her dad doesn’t like her going out with friends or for nights out or anything like that because 'the dog will be on his own' - he uses the dog for emotional blackmail. He is controlling, and doesn’t like her texting people etc, but then says she has no friends and is boring and stupid when she is staying in for the day (due to be being told it would be horrible to leave the dog). He demands that she gets up at stupid times to go and get HIM food or make HIM food and if it isn't just the way he wants it, he will just chuck it in the bin and expect her to make a new one, as if she should be grateful she is living with him or something. The dog is only a young dog too, and he says to her that the house has to be spotless at all times, (and even clear up his mess that he makes when his friends are round to watch the football). There is more but it would take to long to write - overall - he is controlling, manipulative and mean. She has always said she finds her dad intimidating. Yesterday she finally asked him if she had done something to annoy him and he basically said she's a horrible person and to get out of his sight, so she did and she slept at my house. Today she has gone back to her dads, and he has text her saying she needs to get out of the house by the time he is home from work with all her stuff gone. But what can she do? It's not like she can go back to her mums, and her grandparents on her mum's side believe what her mum is saying, and her grandparents on her dads side live in Spain. She is doing her A Levels at college and doesn't have a job (despite looking). I just don't know what to do as I have the complete opposite family life. Any advice on what she could do? We live in the north west, UK.

My dog is about 8 months old, a boxer male. He climbed up onto the kitchen counter and ate a full chocolate croissant. I don't know what to do because I know that chocolate is harmful to dogs, Should I take him to the vets, or just wait for him to poo? I'm worrying.

I had my belly button pierced a week ago, and whenever I call my dog, he runs up to me and tries to lick where my piercing is! When I push him off he is still determined! Any idea why he is doing this?

i was on the phone the other day, and my phone went a funny red colour, then went white. it still works but the screen is just blank so its not use-able. i have sent it off for repair, but do you think it may cost me to have it repaired even though i didnt break it? i got it on a 3 contract for 40 pounds a month 2 months ago, so i think im insured?

i know it probably wont but i am just curious. i am 17 next month and i have a tattoo on my right rib cage just below my boob, its nothing big, just writing saying 'never look back'. i have no idea what i want to do as a career, but will it effect any?

i had a gcse presentation evening on the thursday, and i told him about it weeks before but not the exact time as i wasnt sure what time it was at. anyway, we got letters from school telling us what time it was at on the wednesday. he rung me on the wednesday afternoon when i was at work asking me what time it was at, however as the letter was for my mum she read it not me. i work for my mum, so i went to her office and asked her what time and she said '7pm' as she had read the letter. my mum and dad have issues with each other (i dont know why, they split up when i was really young and they still wont tell me why, but i know it was my dad who did something wrong) and my dad (who is so stubborn) was like 'well your mum could be lying' and stuff.. hes so pathetic. so i was saying 'well why would she lie about what time something is at' because my dad paints this picture like my mum is the devil or something (my mum doesnt have a problem with my dad). so my dad told me to e-mail him the time and where it is and stuff - and i was at work so i couldnt and i was having tea and staying over at my grandmas and she doesnt have a computer so i couldnt of sent him an e-mail, and i had college on the thursday all day. so i explained this to him and i was explaining that she wouldnt lie about the time and he put the phone down on me. he didnt come to my presentation evening, and i havent spoke to him since. this was 3 weeks ago. me and my dad are normally so close and i see him at least 3 times a week, and alternate weekends. what should i do? my mum said i should ring him, but i am a bit stubborn like my dad and dont see why i should as he put the phone down on me and he is the adult. any advice?

Ever since i split up with my boyfriend of 2 years in september, i've been very down. I started the pill for my skin in november, and ever since then i feel like i've ballooned! In 2010 i could eat whatever i wanted, chocolate, crisp - anything and wouldn't gain a pound! I was very slim! But now my appetite has increased and i KNOW i've gone fat :/ My weight hasn't increased but when i look in the mirror all i see is a big fat blob of ugliness. My confidence has shattered ever since we split up, and me being fat now isn't helping it at all. I went through a few days of eating next to nothing and sleeping all the time to stop myself feeling hungry, but then one day i just went straight to the fridge and ate loads! :( i am eating healthy, not eating crisps or chocolate but lots of fruit and veg, and i've started running on the treadmill most nights. But i still feel fat and horrible :( please help me, i feel so down :(
